PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I found them on instagramme and they are a complete scam. They will take your money, send the item (which is nothing like what you were expecting) and refuse to give you a refund! I have asked several times for a refund however all they could offer me, eventually was 2 USD!!! I paid £30 for my 'so-called jumpsuit' They also refused to supply me with a return address, which i now know is somewhere in china (they are not UK based as advertised!) They also advised me to give the item i bought to someone else as a suggestion rather than getting a refund???!! Please do not waste your money buying from this company, the material is really cheep and tacky and you will not be able yo wear it!

Wish I had read these reviews before I purchased. Poor quality, way too small and refusal to return and refund. As mentioned by others they suggested I pass the jumpsuit onto a friend. Don't go near this company. I have learned the hard way.

Yet again a scam nothing like the original advertisement shiny synthetic material threads hanging off everywhere. I cannot get into the jumpsuit through the neck opening which is all there is, despite ordering an XL I'm normally a 12-14 Another one for the bin. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY

Poor fabric ... threads everywhere. Cheap shiny material. Small sizing despite sizing up with sizing chart. Customer service awful no means of returning and refusing to initiate return and refund. Suggest I give it to a friend.

This company are scammers don’t touch with a brage pole!! Been trying to send an item back to them for weeks now and get no correspondence back,lesson learned!!!!🤬🤬

The jumpsuit arrived damaged with pulled threads and stitching; as well as super small. Despite the website claiming to have 14 days for returns and refunds, they refuse to provide a return address and have said firstly to find someone who it will fit, and now have said they will pass it on and “urge the relevant department to constantly improve” and “thank you” for your understanding. Disgusted and have reported them as fraudulent on social media platforms.

Unfortunately I didn't check the reviews. As all have said is exactly true.

Ideally NO STAR REVIEW, I have exactly the same complaint from everyone in here, no zip, far too small despite following their sizing guide, I bought 2 jumpsuits one for a friend, they have said it is not cost effective for me to return to China, but yes it is, I've looked at the cost. They offered a refund of 4GBP then offered 7GBP ,I have eventually forwarded all the email trail to a vip email address on 27th April which was included in the parcel on a little thank you piece of paper, that is all the paperwork I had, I am still waiting for a response. Help

I ordered the jumpsuit in large as per the website’s sizing this was the correct size for me.
When it arrived, there were loose threads everywhere which I would be frightened to cut off for fear of it falling to bits. There is only a button fastening making it impossible to get on.
Like everyone else, I ordered before reviewing this shoddy company, but within minutes, I realised my mistake and asked to cancel the order. They responded immediately saying they couldn’t cancel the order as it had been dispatched. I am so 😡
I paid through PayPal so am hoping they will refund my money.
I think facebook should be made to block the companies advertising to stop this happening to others.
If I could have rated this with 0 I would have.

If I could give them a zero I would. Like a fool (and like everybody has said below) I should have checked the reviews. This jumpsuit is nothing like the advert. The fabric is unbelievably poor quality....no zip to get into it...no washing machine instructions...I could have made it better myself...which is saying something. Do not get sucked in my the lovely advert all is not what it seems. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I ordered the jumpsuit through Burstabout.UK when it arrived the material is cheap and nasty and the size guideline is wrong as way too small. The only way to put it on is through the neck. Totally ridiculous. I checked their website and emailed support for them to provide me the return address and I received the below message…,
Thanks for your great support and the pictures.

But as our warehouse checked, the product they sent to you is correct according to your order.
So sorry for the inconvenience that they do not fit you. Will it be possible to give them to others?
They are superior in quality and reasonable in price, and also have been in top-seller in our store for many years.

I have emailed them again referring to their returns policy and they’ve offered me £5 to keep the items saying returning them is too expensive.

They are an awful company to deal with. I will never purchase through Facebook again as I am certain you don’t know the company you are purchasing from until you receive the confirmation email. Cheap poor quality items not worth buying!

I can only say the same as everyone else. Sizing NOT what it says on its own size chart.
Copy and paste response to my emails suggesting I give it away. Offered 3USD refund. Why?

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! As many other reviewers, I bought the jumpsuit, there’s no opening to get it on, and no fastener. Poorly made, I am a size 12 and ordered medium but its way too small. I contacted their customer services several times but they refused a refund, saying they have sent the correct goods ordered. I would give 0 stars if I could! They shouldn’t be allowed to advertise on any social media platforms. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Again, like every other reviewer I was foolish not to check the company. Too small despite sizing up from their size guide, no back zip. Appalling fabric and construction quality and sweet nothing except tough luck from their customer service department. It says it was shipped from the USA ; I’m doubting that very much. Criminal behaviour

Really poor design. Jumpsuit with no buttons or zipper which means you can't get in it as you need to pass your whole body through the neck hole!!! Absolutely ridiculous. When I sent an email about it they replied that it is great quality and they are sorry I can't fit in it!! It's like trying to put a t-shirt through the neck hole! Really not impressed. What a waste of money and fabric and everything else.

Burstabout jumpsuit… how often have I told my own kids not to believe everything on the internet! Should have listened to my own advice. £30+ for a jumpsuit that took 18 days to arrive. The size is small and they sent the wrong colour. I have 14 days to return but their email is under maintenance so isn’t receiving email enquiries conveniently. Ridiculous.

Please do not use this company items received not as advertised and very small fitting . Email from company has said to give items to friends if I am not happy with purchase .Absolutely disgusting and I am going to leave as many bad reviews on social media to advise people not to order from them as they do not refund .

I’m only giving 1 star because I can’t give zero. AVOID. I purchased a jumpsuit in size medium as per their size guide (I’m a UK 10) and when it arrived, it was so tiny, it would probably fit a small child. The hip measurement is 32in!!!!
I’ve contacted them several times and they have responded but refuse to replace or refund because they say they sent what I ordered.
Do not waste your money

Avoid!!! I so wished I read reviews before I purchased!!! The jumpsuit is impossible to get on. There is no zip so unless your hips and body are as wide as the neck hole then don't bother. My total bill was £30.59 but they actually charged an extra £6 for tax. Looking at people's reviews I'm not holding my breath in getting a refund. Awful!

Do not buy from this company you wait forever and the goods you receive are not anything like what is shown in their videos avoid like the plague
