Absolutely awful, scam, you'll lose your money, exactly what all other reviews have said. DO NOT BUY . You will not be able to return. Facebook has removed them. Poor quality, sizing wrong, requested refund within 14 days. Refused offered £3 as récompensé. Joke. Looks like UK company....not. please do not buy from...

I wish I had read the reviews, my order took ages and i thought when ordering it was from the UK. When they arrived the quality is bad and far too small. They are refusing a return and have offered me £2 or suggested I give the items to someone!!!!!

I bought a jumpsuit from this company. They sent the wrong colour. After emails back and forth they said it was my fault even with evidence from me that it wasn't. They have said I can't return it and suggested I give it as a gift to someone else.
Don't buy from this company.

Don't attempt to purchase from this site. Scam!. I ordered a jump suit in large size. Looked lovely in video.It finally arrived! As another reviewer mentioned no way to get into it. Tiny size. Emailed them right away. They returned emails saying they cant take returns & give garment to someone else!!! Oh & refund of £3!!! I was charged over €40.00!! I should have double checked everything before I bought it so hard lesson learned!

Waste of money bought some panties that took forever to arrive they were so thin so small no good for the bigger lady , don’t go wasting your money ladies these are RUBBISH , they should not be allowed to take peoples money like this , won’t be buying again that’s for sure.

Awful product!! Cheap material! Be warned if the product doesn’t fit they won’t accept a return! Avoid ordering from this company!

I normally do my research on Trustpilot 1st before buying from Facebook advertised companies however, this time, I didn't and I wish I had.
Firstly, I paid £30.59 for a jumpsuit - but they took £36.71 from my Paypal account...WHY????
Secondly, jumpsuit took forever to arrive then when it did there was no way of getting in it??? No zip or decent opening. Tried to step in it, via the head end (which is tiny) and couldn't get it passed my hips. So badly made. Waste of time, hope Paypal can help me as they are not answering my emails.

False advertizing , Didn’t even want to give a rating for these suppose to be absorbent panties don’t buy ,waste of money , there just normal thin knickers leak right through reported them with no joy absolutely rip off and no satisfaction from this company , should be reported for false advertizing I had high hope in solving my incontinence problem reading the reviews all lies I’m going to report this company for false advertizing

Not what it says on the advertisement. Not waist high or leakproof.
Contacted the company not U.K. Their advice was to re gift to friends.
Reviews on the page seem fake and they remove any negative comments . Buyer Beware

Absorbent pants!!!! No way are they absorbent, have found better pants in other shops that are much cheaper and I’m more confident of wearing. These are ridiculously thin I can’t be doing with all the hassle of returning them. Waited long enough for them to arrive. Should be done for trade descriptions.

Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. Ordinary pants described as absorbent. They offered me $5 as compensation which I rejected. Then 'increased' it to £4. I said that's the same! Offer has not been increased.

Scam -Don’t waste your money - absolute rubbish. Just ordinary with no protection. Tested with 2 drops of water which immediately soaked right through. Very suspicious so many 5 star reviews on their order page.if you paid through PayPal open a dispute and try to get your money back.
12/4/2023 PS I’ve just heard from Trustpilot that the above review has had 1182 Total views. I am so pleased if I have stopped people wasting their money on this scam.

Awful company. Scam.
Items i bought were not fit for purpose. Notified them, sent pics they asked for and their response was that they were fine. I will be contacting paypal and trading standards if I don’t get a satisfactory response.

Similarly to others here, I fell into the trap assuming they were London, UK based as that's what their Facebook page says - however they are dispatching from the USA. According to the tracking link which is suspiciously not a well-known firm, the product has been in the UK for three weeks but no updates available and supposedly Burstabout also can't get them to provide an ETA or any reasonable information.

I suspect the company is a scam and will be seeking a refund.

They are really hard work to try and communicate with, you are stuck with the goods whether you like it or not. They use a UK 'returns' address on the shipping label but are then very clear that they would refuse to honour any returns made to that address. The company is not UK based at all.
Sadly for me it was money down the drain (or in the bin)

Think I'm the same as the. others, overcharged me, not answering emails, phoned bank and gonna stop
it.
UPDATE I have received a credit for the amount I was overcharged, now I hope I receive the bags

Overcharged me, item never arrived. It’s a scam. Why do Facebook still allow them to advertise?

Purchase Product on Nov. 3 overcharge me and promise Refund but until now NO refund!!
Be aware of this company.
1. This company is NOT from UK.
2. Poor Customer Service.
3. The Quality of the product is poor can not even return the product as your not sure if you will get your money back!!!
