I have now used BusBank 5 times for school trips. They are my go to people for transportation. Reliable, clean, easy to deal with.

Thank you for all your help with our requirements for the T20 Cricket World Cup in New York. Philip was extremely helpful and efficient. Drivers were always on time and accommodating to clients ever changing requirements. Would definately use them again for future bookings.

BusBank and Philip in particular was very helpful in our company's booking. We had some last minute changes and needed a particular thing and Philip was helpful in ensuring those needs were met. Drivers were great too!

Drivers were on time and super easy to reach.

We rented two buses for a one-day tour in SLC. The drivers were great and made sure each guest had a great experience. They were on time for each stop and ensured we had everything before leaving for the day. My one request would be an earlier confirmation. I did not receive the driver's names until the day before our tour; this made me very nervous and added to the stress of the event.

Bus Bank excelled at transporting 100+ passengers for us to/from a company Retreat. They adapted to flight delays and were communicative throughout the process. Kimberly was wonderful to work with-- and our drivers were great, too!

Fantastic experience! I am a meeting planner and booked BusBank for a very high-end client for 3 days of transfers in NYC. The previous year, this same client had a terrible experience using a different supplier. Due to this, they were very nervous and needed constant assurance that the vehicles would be in place and on time. It was my task to communicate with the driver and get updates to the client. Our driver, Irma, was skilled, patient, and polite, always on time and in place - not an easy feat in NYC. Here is a direct quote from one of the attendees:

“And can we talk about the bus driver? I don't know where you found her but she was the BEST! I have never seen anyone parallel park a freaking bus on the crowded streets of New York! Also, having a bus to take us wherever we needed to go was such a game-changer. It made getting around the city a breeze and saved us a ton of time and hassle".

Also, shout out to Philip May, who as our Account Executive, was responsive and on top of every detail.

Our driver was was kind and on time. He stopped at convenient places for our group to get food while going to our destination. He also drove very smooth, even when the Indiana highways can be a big bumpy. I would ride with Ray again.

Our driver Jimmy Anderson was fantastic! Efficient, timely, and when one of our students left their wallet on the bus after the final drop off, Mr. Anderson was kind enough to come back so he could retrieve it.

Had a great experience with securing shuttles for my participants to go to various locations. Jaclyn Latourelle was great and really helpful with booking and making some last minute adjustments.

Our youth run club has been using BusBank for the past year and we are always more than satisfied. The communication is excellent, the driver arrives early and let's you know when they get there. Everyone is always so kind and goes above and beyond. Every email answered, every call or text responded to. From Jaclyn in accounting to Kiki and Andre as drivers, everyone is a pleasure to work with.
