First time using Busbank and they exceeded my expectations. I had a group of 28 to move from an airport to a hotel and from a cruise port to the airport. Everything went smoothly, they were on time and the drivers were professional and courteous. I'll use Busbank in the future for sure.

We needed a bus for a summer event for our office and the driver arrived early and was very pleasant for the duration of our trip. We even were given an upgraded bus from the one we requested which was a nice surprise!

Where do I begin? My experience from the beginning to the end, was amazing! They had the best customer service. I must have asked a thousand questions and for several different quotes. There was no pressure to book, but I am so happy I booked with them! The payment process was easy, I received my bus drivers information the day of and he was astounding. Very punctual, great driver, fun personality and perfect for my guests of the family reunion. I would 100% book with them again.

Fantastic Experience! I chartered a mini bus for 8 weekly round trips for a kids swim team. The drivers were always early, friendly, and easy to work with. The buses were always clean and very nice and comfortable. Setting up the service was made easy and the price was best around by far. My agent, Kayla, who I worked with to coordinate everything was amazing and easy to contact and quick to respond. I will 100% use Kayla and BusBank again. Thank you!
