Great Customer Service
I was 10 mins late for my bus (due to flight delay caused by bad weather) and the bus actually waited for me to find it. The driver called me and made sure I was still interested in travelling with ONEX and then gave me more precise info on whre he was located. Thank you so much ONEX!!
