Pickup and departure locations are hard…
Pickup and departure locations are hard to find, signs would help immensely and locations that have facilities ie. Tim Hortons or truck stop where the option of being indoors as opposed to being outside with no help or shelter Canada isn't what it was it's very dangerous for women to travel alone now.

Trustable but the ticket barcode did…
Trustable but the ticket barcode did not work with the scanner however the driver saw the ticket and got me into the trip. Also the bus needs to be accurate in its pickup time. Overall satisfactory and I got the trip I wanted.

Tracking a late bus would be helpful.

The bus is okay
The bus is okay, but the bathroom was smelling very bad and was late. Departure was supposed to be 08H30 but it came 10H47. Please clean up the ablution and add good smelling detergent.

I got charged twice for my booking
I got charged twice for my booking. I emailed them straight away to ask for a refund and followed up each week since - still not had a response 3 weeks later.

Wear your seatbelt
Bus was fine, the air conditioning was cranked and I was cold the whole way. The driver slammed on his breaks a bunch of times and at one point, all of us went flying into the seats in front of us. I have a bruise on my shoulder from it. Wear your seatbelt for sure.
