Having now had dialogue with Steve at Bushbury, the good news is that the sheets are manufactured but there had been some confusion by both parties over delivery. I am now waiting on a delivery date which will make me a third time happy customer. Look forward to hearing from Steve.

Its got to the point I need to report the transaction as fraud to my bank. No contact since placing my order. They ignore emails, and their phone lines remain unanswered. I have spent alot of money with this company.

The customer service is non existent they don't check or respond to they're emails.

I called them to add an order to another order and was told to place the order as a collection and then send an email confirming this.

The previous order then arrived on its own and there is no response to my emails.

UPDATE: I've been in contact with Stephen horin and i offered to resolve the matter by placing another order for him to add it to and he's told me that he doesn't want my custom, they're also saying that I never emailed them about a second order which isn't true, if it was they would get this review verified.

Just the job ! Cheapest quote and best sheets we have used on our kennels. Will use Bushbury again for our next project.

Very easy to order on website. Kate helped me out with questions I had as I hadnt used this type of product before. Driver was very helpful on the day of delivery.

Really sorry to write a rather negative review - I always try to avoid that if possible. And I think some of the reviews here *may* have been unfair.. I was certainly very clear that delivery timescales would be long in the present circumstances - I just planned ahead! My box of fixings was incomplete - OK, I should have checked through it, but the delivery arrived very early on the morning of a special family celebration and the driver, though recently injured, was really pleasant and helpful - I thought I could trust these guys. Sadly, despite several emails and calls which have gone unanswered, an easy thing to put right by post has not been resolved. So - I can't recommend, and won't be using again.

Fitted our sheets today while the weather is nice. They look fabulous and so glad we decided on the wave tile sheets.

Used on many occasions for our roofing projects and find them to be the best prices and fastest turnaround out of all the other companies around.

Firstly for the record the products that are supplied are of good quality but it is the time that it takes to deliver and the none existant customer service that is an issue. I used this company for the first time this year and was waiting for delivery for nearly 3 weeks. Numerous calls and messages for confirmation dates were not always answered and when they were, they would say that i would recieve the order the day after and it never arrived. When it did finally arrive it was missing items off the order. Having paid a £30 delivery charge I would have expected a prompt delivery but what I suspect is happening is that they are waiting to deliver multiple deliveries in a specific area. Fortunately this was for a job for myself and not a customer, which meant only great inconvenience for me...... If it was for a paying customer it would be a different story altogether. It is a shame but I will not be using or recommending them again. If you have no problem either waiting a ridiculous amount of time for your order or are able to pick them up yourself and check the items are all there you will be ok, as I said, the products are of good quality. Finally.... I think that if you are going to advertise a service then you should be able to deliver it, in all senses of the word!
UPDATE.. because i have left a truthful review i have suffered name calling and abuse via their own facebook messaging service.
