Bushbury Cladding Reviews 

Used bushbury cladding many times and never let us down. Best prices around and materials are superb. Delivery can be 1-2 weeks but this shows how busy they are. They are busy for a reason.

Firstly for the record the products that are supplied are of good quality but it is the time that it takes to deliver that is an issue. I used this company last year and was waiting for delivery for at least 4 (poss.6) weeks. Numerous calls and emails for confirmation dates were not always answered. I used them again this year because I needed to extend the work that i did last year and wanted the products to match, otherwise I would have used someone else. Again after numerous calls and promises to call back with a date which was never confirmed until the day before delivery the materials eventually arrived after nearly 4 weeks. Having paid an £80 delivery charge I would have expected a prompt delivery but what I suspect is happening is that they are waiting to deliver multiple deliveries in a specific area. Fortunately this was for a job for myself and not a customer, which meant only great inconvenience for me...... If it was for a paying customer it would be a different story altogether. I would imagine that any of the good reviews are from customers with large orders or that are delivered close to the Bushbury base. It is a shame but I will not be using or recommending them again. If you have no problem either waiting a ridiculous amount of time for your order or are able to pick them up yourself, as I said, the products are of good quality.Finally.... I think that if you are going to advertise a service then you should be able to deliver it, in all senses of the word!

Shocking service it was a month before I received my roof sheets never received the fittings .they never returned any calls take your business elsewhere.

Thank you for delivering my tile affect sheets on the delivery date arranged, even though i had messed up on the measurements.
A quick call to the office and the lovely lady talked me through where i had gone wrong and put me right. The tile effect sheets over my hot-tub are a great feature now in my garden. I've recommended you to my friends and i'm sure they will be in touch.

Terrible service - fail to reply to calls, fail to return messages, say they will get back to you with updates and dont.

Materials dumped at my property without notice to arrange for me to be there.

Do not use them!

I've used bushbury for many years now and always found them very helpful. And all quality materials. thanks again for helping us out on such short notice.

Told over and over that it would be delivered, 3 weeks after being told it would arrive within 7 days. Very poor customer service and not apologetic and informative at all.

Such a bad experince with this company. Took my money and failed to deliver. Been waiting going on for over 8 months!

Poor customer attitude, great difficulty in getting product changed once delivered.
Wish I had taken business elsewhere. Will not use again.

Have tried 4 times to get a quote from them, promise to ring me back. Still waiting one week later! Will be going elsewhere.

Bushburry cladding have owed me a refund of £322 since May. They will sometimes answer the phone or emails when they say that they will refund the money but then nothing happens, but mostly answer phone messages are ignored, emails are ignored.
