Got the usual magazine scam. sent email to cancel 2 day later, even got an email to confirm cancelation but still got all the crap about owing them money ETC. send them the email I got and they went quiet until today had a letter from DRC from a long conversation I think they are the same company. Pulling the same scam. Had all my details apart from the email I have sent twice now. When I called back to say I had the email to she said well thats good for you isn't is. Very patronising and also not happy that I have all the evidence.

Total arses business force have handed over a debt which I could not even find any dealing with and handed it over to a debt collection company DRC debt they have threatened me with court. These wipes are texting and emailing on unmonitored address and sending pictures of court summons. Such a rude b…,talking over me when I was asking for details.

Disgusting thieves, SCAM ARTISTS filthy thieving maggots. Deserve to rot in hell. Scum of the earth, anyone involved in this organization deserves jail time.
Been scammed by them about 3 years ago…
Been scammed by them about 3 years ago lucky pay them just small bit of what they want. They sent me an VAT invoice without VAT number so I refuse to pay. 2 days ago received SMS from DRC debt about my unpaid invoice and I got 14 days to pay and after I call a number on message noone answered some lady called me back from mobile number. Explain her that I not ganna pay anything because it's a scam and she was saying something like that was sent by mistake and there's nothing to worry about. Today I received email saying I got 7 days to pay. It's same people trying scam people again so be aware.
Complete scam
Complete scam. Claiming for an advert we've never had. Even sent us a letter from a 'debt collection agency' along with a letter that looks like it's a county court claim. On inspection its all fake!!! It's a claim form for a claimants claim that has no reference or their details on. We phoned the debt collection number on the letter and they couldn't even tell us who the company that has instructed were, and just kept asking if we can make full payment today and that the claim has probably already gone to court (which isn't how the system works!!). So please be careful if you get a letter like this they are a ridiculous scam and we will be taking this to the police!
Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible, its totally scam 100% ,they will contact you to advertise in a magazine and after get some information and photos from you they will send you a magazine, which is basically a bait, after they will ask you around £265 something .
when I asked them where is your office, where do you deliver those magazines I want list, like these questions, suddenly they run away, after they tried to send some fake court summons, please never pay a single penny to this company. I am gonna go after this company
They scam avoid sales some sorts of…
They scam avoid sales some sorts of magazines
And verbally asking your details and put you on the sort of list after a bit of time you received email with payment of 250 £
They hurt trade man and after charge them for nothing as they didn’t provide any service scam avoid
Buisness force not the federation of crime
I received a phone call this morning from someone claiming to be from “the regional crime federation.” They were calling in regards to “rouge traders.” Apparently they were clamping down on rouge traders in my area and wanted to push people towards using someone like myself (not a rouge trader) whilst also sending out a list of rouge traders in the area. This would involve my buisness being in a magazine/news letter that would be sent out to 10,000 homes in my local area, quarterly.. all I’d have to do is pay £245 + VAT (alarm bells ringing)
I agreed to receive an email featuring the design of this page. I was told I’d revive a follow up phone call today.
10 minutes later i receive the follow up phone call. This time from a women, telling me she’s following up… and from a company called “buisness force” so I asked, what happens to the federation of crime and who did the previous person work for.. the women said they work alongside the federation of crime but both people I’d spoken to work for buisness force (not what I was originally told) in order for me to secure my position in the newsletter (being the only electrician advertised) I had to pay today… now (again not what I was told during the first phone call.) I politely declined.
This company is a fraud, they have absolutely no buisness phoning people up telling them they work for a crime agency clamping down on rouge traders.
Don’t fall for it.
told me he was from the nation crime…
told me he was from the national crime prevention agency! only after googling have I found all these reviews I've since rang back and told them not to bother and do not send me anything. I've also rang the real national crime prevention agency and informed them they are imitating them to sell adverts!
Absolute blaggers
Absolute blaggers. Called me and said they were from the crime prevention agency, which they are not. Told me royal mail will be delivering hundreds of copys to households around my area. Such a scam. Stay well clear. They do not even make the magazine, they take your money and run. DO NOT USE!!!!!
Hmm list is long so where do i begin cos is that bad
Hmm list is long so where do i begin . Firstly I been contact by a women looking to offer me advert in that magazine so after 15 min I decide cant hurt. 2 option 80/80 or 100/100 anyway deference £50 dont mind its bigger and look not the worse I ever seen. BTW I have advertising in 2 other magazines as well 2 platforms and must admit bust my work and businesses size each time 20 to 30% so as it is in new region why not £300 not big amount. And here where all bs started. Got call from someone call Bryan demanding payment what is not due yet. When I agree to advert was promise 100/100 at 249.95 and got 80/80 bill for 249.95 +almost £50 vat advert miss spell costumer rather than customer then invoice send with absolutely wrong name on it and to top it up invoice suppose to be due to pay 28 days after issue. Lays nonsense and plenty BS. So just to explain that all will understand in that magazine once and for all .I see no issue to pay sooner its a principal when you don,t admit mistake and tell me to p..s off my answer be short.F... you. Till I revive proper invoice with VAT number there be only 249.95 what I will transfer and only on 30.06 what be exactly 28 days. Quality of service shocking ,quality of advert low 3 out of 10. Laying to costumer 10/10. And just to add cherry on cake according to one of my customers there is no information in PSNI about this company have any connection in helping any way at all but not mentioning much there is look in to them actions . To what i can see this magazine is complete fraud nothing more. Most of so call directors resign make you wondering why oh yes they committing rip off . So as soon water getting to warm its run. But fair enough I agree to take advertisement so will be man of my word and yes if any of this so call directors reading that you get pay but only price before VAT till you provide me invoice with VAT number what is register to this company and only after I conform with tax office is real. Avoid at all cost.
Scam company, to be avoided…
My experience with this company was quite terrible, their sales strategy is very misleading. I was initially informed that my maintenance company would have exclusivity for advertising in my location! then i was told that if i accepted now a discount would be received. Sounded great to start with, i was sold and initially said yes to the deal. After coming off the phone i did my own research and found a whole list of dissatisfied customers on this forum and indeed many others. I then received the Business Force magazine, very cheap looking, also found my company ad, again looking cheap and tatty. So at this point i emailed back and said i would like to cancel. This is when it started, threatening emails etc. Also a point to be noted they are not a limited company but a sole trader. Their invoice included VAT but they had no VAT number displayed on the invoice (RED FLAG). This leads me to think that they are not VAT registered but charging VAT, this is an offence which can carry a custodial sentence. To summarise, i decided to call trading standards, told them what had happened, they swiftly instructed me to ask Business Force some specific questions, and they registered the info leaving me a case number. I believe a line of enquires will be taking place. Do not be taken in by such rogue companies who prey on small companies believing them to be misinformed.
They are in fact the rogue ones...
Have just been contacted by them as a new business trades man. Sounded fishy from the start and after some investigation clearly they are scammers and rogue themselves. Put down the phone and don't entertain them. I have reported to trading standards.
Terrible!!!
Terrible!!!! Avoid!!!!
Rang me went on for ages I said I don't need the advertising mate he then tried some more I said no thanks and he just put the phone down.
Scammers!!!
Beware!!!
SCAM!!!
Same here, they have contacted me saying they are working with the crime enforcement agency and they are taking down rogue traders in my local area. And as usual they have offered a ad space in their business magazine for £234. I thought it was genuine and bit the bullet. Last week got the magazine and the invoice. the strange thing was that in the magazine were only a couple of adverts and all of them had only mobile phone numbers for contact. Googled the company name and found out that such a company with this kind of activity doesn't exist on the companies house and as well going through the reviews on this website it confirms that this is a scam. Just managed to get in touch with them and they've cancelled my invoice. Anyway trading standards have been informed.
The real Cowboys **SCAM**
I was contacted by this company, apparently wanting to stop cowboy tradesman but looks like they are the cowboys.
The art work is shocking & like they have just cut & pasted from our website & as of trying to get hold of them, well you can't.
I was pressured on the phone & asked for details to be emailed but was put under pressure to agree on the phone, luckily they have not come close to delivering on what was said & have no legal leg to stand on.
DONT Fall for it they are cowboys.
Absolute scam
Absolute scam! Chasing me for money for an advert I didn't even approve. They used an advert which looks like it's been made using clip art, used the wrong business name and the wrong mobile number!! I asked them to cancel it. No response. They sent one magazine to myself and no one else. Going to notify the police and trading standards. They should be ashamed of themselves for preying on start up businesses during a pandemic. Lowest of the low.
Great magazine lots of up to date…
Great magazine lots of up to date information and have had a few enquiries thank you for your support
PLEASE SHARE
PLEASE SHARE. FRAUD. BUSINESS FORCE
This is outrageous & if anyone could help me find a person to take legal action that would be great. A company that protects scams & helps the trade find people that are not legit. Well BUSINESS FORCE you should be ashamed. A man called Terry Windsor said I basically can’t cancel the payment & that I owe them money etc etc, completely rude on the phone. The old school way of sorting these problems don’t work no more & the coward has taking money off 100s of people, so I’m going to do it the right way & take them out of business. DO NOT ENTERTAIN THEM. FRAUD. Nothing was agreed. Embarrassing. They said on the phone £145 then when I checked with them as I did want to help this trade out. It was £145+vat, that’s all I asked & yeah to send a picture to see what it’s like. Apparently that’s me confirming a payment of £145+vat 😂😂 I’ve paid it just because I don’t want to put my business at risk. So please reach out to me to take these scammers down. Terry Windsor watch out mate. We are coming.
Get on my C&D general maintenance page on FB & share it please.
I mean what can I say..
I mean what can I say... I was about to pay them for the sake of no ccjs and hassle.. Called them after they had called me 4 weeks later demanding payment and no one picked up.. So I thought let me review them and it did not take long to find 99 percent of reviews all of which were stating do not pay dodgy company...
Apparently they are not vat registered.. Not a real company.. And during the pandemic I was called as a new gas engineer that they are a company stopping cowboy builders and promoting legit engineers.. Sounded good... I enquired to see their work obviously before I would give them my details.. They sent me a generic magazine with an invoice of 180 quid.. Ic alled them up to say what are you on? And they said they would look into it... 4 weeks after a woman called saying she agrees to disagree and I owe the money.. I told her ill see u in court... Now I think I am going to pass them to trading standard as 90 percent of individuals have.. Do not talk to them they are scam artists at the worst time possible
