I had mark phone to help me after I made an enquiry online. He was very helpful and e-mailed me all the information and then called back at a more convenient time! I' don't have much knowledge with life assurance or wills but needed both so the fact they could do both was a bonus! I was explained everything that I needed to know in a clear and understandable manner and felt under no pressure like some sales people! I would definitely recommend I don't believe I could of found a better deal anywhere else.

I was fully satisfied with the service provided by Brantwood. Because I have some health issues, I expected some difficulties getting the required life cover. However, after some investigation, appropriate cover was found at an acceptable price.

Found a better critical illness policy with broader cover and better monthly (fixed) rate. However, had some queries over the wording of my will (which was a service offered to customers who took out their policy) and after 2 attempts, have heard no more. It was the will I was looking to update, and took the policy based upon the offer :-(

I have to say the Financial Adviser I spoke to was absolutely the most polite, courteous and helpful person I have ever had dealings with. So kind, considerate and nothing was too much trouble for him. I explained to him that I was Number Dislexic and said 'Please don't talk % to me as my brain will turn off'. He was so helpful, didn't make me feel like I was stupid and explained everything in a way I could understand. So if anyone out there is looking to get advice and help with Finacial problems, however small or large, then look NO further as these people who will go that little bit extra for you, as they did for me. I cannot praise them enough with all the help and advice they gave to me and my husband. Thank you for taking a lot of worry off of our minds......
