Do not use this company. Was originally with Trust Security but I believe Business Watch took them over. I was charged for £30 for a change of battery as part of my annual maintenance- when I wasn’t told there would be a charge. Who charges £30 for one single battery? To add salt to injury, when I gave notice to cancel my contract and asked for my account balance, no one came back to me for a month or so. They only did after I’d called and emailed again.Although I was paying by direct debit and I could clearly see that the money had gone out of my account each month, they were insisting I hadn’t paid my bill for the last 3 months. It some persistence and me asking for it to escalated that they finally called to say a colleague had posted my payments to the wrong account; so I didn’t owe anything except for the battery. How is that even possible. Don’t even get me going on the customer service- truly appalling. There is no accountability in this place!

The alarm company I used to use was bought by this company and whilst it started off ok it seems to be deteriorating.

I get sent overdue invoice emails for invoices I wasn't sent previously. I get overdue invoice emails for invoices I have paid (IT issues apparently) and I've now been charged for consumables which never happened before, I wasn't warned about charges and their markup is over 100% of the price of the batteries. I could have just bought them myself and had the engineer fit them.
