This bike is simply incredible. If you've ridden a normal cargo bike, you know the difficulties (and dangers) of riding one on uneven surfaces, around corners and making quick movements. A B&B cargo bike changes all of that. The Built-to-Tilt makes previously tricky moves a breeze. No need to slow down or worry about tipping. You can just keep going as you like.
All the parts are top-of-the-line: motor, lights, tires, everything. And their service is wonderful. They take pride in their work and have very good and helpful communication.
The price is expensive but this is the best cargo bike money can buy. It is definitely worth it!

The only cargo bike I’ve ridden that’s actually fun to ride. It takes a bit to get used to the tilt axel, but once you’ve gotten the hang of it, it’s as easy as riding a normal bike. Gear shifting and motor assist are both surprisingly smooth (we have the Vario/manual model). The kids love riding in it, and I appreciate that it has five-point seat belts in the kids’ seats.

Sales service was also excellent. Prompt responses, a video call to help us learn about the bike after delivery, and the offer of a follow up if we had any additional questions.

Really cool bike! Not only does it have a cool design - it is also a really great experience to ride it. It is comfortable and "agressive" at the same time. You decide if you want to do all the pedalling work or how much "help" you would like. And if you put it on max help you will accelerate up-hill with a grown man in the cargo box without breaking a sweat. It easily fits 2 children (or one adult) in the front. We leave the car and use the bike much more than we used to. So great for us and for the environment!

Cargo bike which real pleassure to ride!

Everything is great with B&B, the stuff, the bike, the service. We got our bike delievered a week after the order - super inpressive. All the guys who are working there very responsive and helpful.

Been riding this bike for 6 months now and what a joy! -living in the city, this vehicle outperforms our car any day.

Kids love to go on adventure during weekends and with +30 kilometers range in sport mode, we can reach all parts of the city and most suburbs.

The bike starts falling apart after two years, even though it was faithfully serviced at the flagship store every six months. Since the last service I had need to hand in the bike three times. Belt broke. Gear broke. Breaks broke. Completely unacceptable for such an expensive bike.

The guys at the flagship store in Copenhagen was wonderful in assisting us in our investment. The cargo bike is fenomenal. Absolutely great in every way. It took around a week from we ordered a personalised bike until it arrived. I’ll recommend everyone to drop by and try the bike around Koedbyen for a test run.

The service we good and the staff polite. The service was how you would expect it to be when you sell one of the most expensive cargo bikes on the market.

I must say that they was very effective! From I ordered my bike to I could pick it up was only a week. That's impressive!

The bike is fantastic no more need to be said.

The appalling lack of service is the reason for the 2 stars. The bike is good enough, innovativ. But the quality of the build is so so. Brakes are hanging, the light is loose, the battery jumps out of place. The child safety belts can not be adjusted.

At purchase the agreement was that if any issues arise during guarantee period they will come and fix the bike, as we live 15 min by car from the workshop. On bike it is 45 minutes - plus the bus ride home 1.5 hours.

They now went back on that promise, are almost impossible to contact, noone takes the phone.

I have taken the ride to the workshop to have the brakes fixed, they did something but that did not fix the problem. Now I need to spend ½ a day again on the back and forth to the workshop.

Just not good enough - being the most expensive bike on the market.
