Very very expensive
Very very expensive! I bought some equipment and utensil from here early on my project, but found same items elsewhere considerably cheaper. One example, stainless steel trays for butcher display here were almost double another supplier!

knife sharpener
first time order. machine turned up ok but all instructions in french. no spares or explanation with it . When belt broke, phoned up and got fairly disinterested and unhelpful assistant and certainly no apology. Have had to order a new set of belts so fingers crossed I can translate safety instructions that should be in english?
