It is very important when choosing wines for events/occasions to deal with knowledgeable and approachable sales people. All of my discussions with Cassie and the team were fruitful, informative and friendly. Some excellent recommendations and information made dealing with Butlers a pleasure. Knowing that that Henry is also involved (in the background in this case) is very encouraging given his great experience in the industry.

First Class in every respect. Initial order was from an internet search for a favourite wine of mine (Von Buhl Bone Dry Riesling). The website was easy to navigate and ordering straightforward. Speed of delivery was simply phenomenal (next day) and at a very reasonable price. Packaging robust and plastic free. I was so impressed I put in a repeat order within a few days.

When we moved back to Brighton, friends told us that they drove miles across Sussex to get to Butler's because they could be guaranteed the best wine. We live a couple of doors away and thank heavens for that ... our friends are correct. The wine here is spendid (The Raza Vinho Verde is my favourite tipple) and the service knowledgable, helpful and without pressure (you know how awful that feeling is when someones eyes follow you around the shop ...?!) All I can say is that if you love wine, you'll love Butler's. Go there.
