Never had a dud bottle of wine from butlers, would highly recommend! The mixed cases have always been well priced, delivered quickly and most importantly been delicious!!!

Only place we could find the olive oil we wanted

I had been given a bottle of Orgo Savarati and liked it so much I searched online and found Butlers wine merchants. I bought a couple of bottles of Orgo and4 different bottles. Delivered next day and well packaged

The first time I have used this company, I was looking for a particular wine I had, had at a restaurant and did a Google search. A variety of companies appeared but Butlers was the best price and a clear to follow website. Delivery was very quick and well packaged would definitely order again from this company, thank you.

Easy and fast ordering with great practical advice and a fantastic selection of wines..

Visiting friends for an event celebrating their 'lockdown' wedding, I decided to buy them some wine. I felt this was a better option than petrol station flowers. I checked on my phone and discovered that this wine shop - Butler's - was close to the hotel, so along I sauntered.

I looked around to make some choices, selected from a variety of areas. I chose a decent bottle of Burgundy, a good Claret and a potent Aussie Shiraz Mataro. I was ably assisted in my choices by the excellent member of staff (owner/co-owner?) who was very informed but also ready to quickly check online info when necessary.

Parting with cash for wine I'm not going to drink can be a painful process. I'm sure that my friends will appreciate the contents of those bottles. But it is always good to go into a shop where the staff are excellent and so willing to help. And it's also important to help small business to keep going in increasingly difficult times, so as not to just end up with the limited, generic choices that most supermarkets offer.

Overall, great shop, excellent choice and very good shopping experience.

I discovered the butler when I was searching for a rare wine during the covid lockdown period. They have very interesting collection of wines and the service is excellent ! Delivery is extremely fast to London based customers. I also listen to Cassie & Henry’s podcasts. They are knowledgeable and fun people !

I’m lucky enough to live in Brighton and can both pop into Butlers in Kemptown, plus have also ordered online for local delivery. Always easy to order and excellent service. It’s so fantastic to drink great wine sourced by lovely people, who also do a lot for local charities too!

I’ve ordered from Butler’s a number of times and always found the team to be friendly, helpful and informative (they always keep me informed with order updates).

I original found Butler’s via their stocking of blankbottle wines but, being based in the Midlands it is unfortunately not too easy to pop into store so, I have subsequently explored the rest of their excellent range online - there is plenty of choice from the traditional to the unusual and all to date have been wonderful!

They moved! I used to be able to wander into their Queens Park shop and actually touch bottles...Now I am just as happy to order online and they are excellent at it!

There are very few wine shops as good as Butlers, years of buying wines from them. There is always something new & exciting to pick out off the shelves and if you’re in any doubt the advice is considered and insightful.
