Easy ordering for specific size jeans
I ordered 3 pairs of Jack & Jones jeans , to be tailored to my short leg size. The company sent me emails advising me of process, forecast delivery date and progress towards delivery. The jeans arrived within the forecast timescale and were exactly what I was hoping. Great to be able to be able to order my specific, if awkward, size on line!

Ben Sherman T-shirt purchase
I ordered Ben Sherman T-shirts from Buy Jeans but when they arrived, they were not the size that I ordered. I contacted Customer Services and advised them of the error and after apologising profusely, they immediately dispatched the correct size with a free returns label. The correct sized T-shirts arrived within a couple of days and I could not fault the service from this company - they bent over backwards to correct their error. Excellent!!

Fantastic service from this company, I order 3 pairs of Wrangler jeans, but realised I’d ordered worn ones contacted customer service to say I had sent them back they were excellent, and recorded another 3 pairs which I have received, and are perfect, this company is great, with great cut service ,definitely recommend,great value goods and price.

Great service.
I had a lot of problems finding the wranglers I wanted in my size. This company showed one pair in stock but by the time I had completed the order, it must have been sold to someone else. The company contacted me (a first) to apologise and offered to cancel the order with a full refund or send a pair as soon as their restock arrived in about a week. I agreed and they discounted the delivery charge. A small company with a great customer service ethos. I'll be back next time I need a pair.
