Great customer service experience
First experience with this company as they offer a tailored jeans service and I am an "in between" leg measurement. Despite having to tailor them they were delivered quickly and the finished hem was very professionally done. Good price and excellent customer service. Used to go to another major jeans retailer but will now go back to Buy Jeans - highly recommend.

Placed an order which promised next…
Placed an order which promised next working day delivery. Ordered on a Friday so expected Tuesday delivery but only 1/3rd of the order arrived.
Didn't get any notification or explanation so I contacted customer service who responded immediately saying item were out of stock and a refund would be issued as new stock wouldn't be available for around 6 weeks. I was obviously disappointed with their initial lack of communication but impressed with the speed of their response.
They then issued a same day full refund and told me to keep the items that had been delivered as part of the order.
Thats how you turn a negative customer experience into a positive one. Well done.
In short..buy with confidence. They are a very professional company

I ordered a pair of wrangler jeans with inside leg 26". Package arrived 3/4 days later, went to try on and saw they had sent size 32 w 29l nowhere near big enough. Sent email got reply in minutes, sorry for mistake will send right pair out asap new jeans arrived 3 days. Dealt with Becki she could not appolgise enough. I wish all companies would have customer care as good as this lady and the company she works for what a credit she is. It's not often i give credit when it is due but i needed to put this out there.WELL DONE to BUY JEANS and Becki in particular and shame on you big company's learn from small company.
