Paid for a Jumper N305 Mini PC on 11th April. 25+ days later, the item was never dispatched.

After 10 days of silence, they emailed asking me to pay an extra £53 on top of the agreed price, citing a "supplier cost increase." When I pointed out this was unlawful under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a contract was formed at the checkout price,they ignored the legal argument and simply tried to negotiate me down to a smaller surcharge.

I then noticed the identical product (different plug variant) was still listed on their own website at the original price, which directly contradicts their supplier increase claim.

Over the following two weeks, every reply was a variation of "we're looking into it" or "we've escalated to management." No dispatch date was ever provided. No resolution was offered.

I have now raised a dispute with my card provider. Avoid this seller, post-purchase price increases and weeks of stalling are not acceptable.

Waiting four weeks for a part to arrive, turned out to be faulty. Customer support was non existent. Will have to open a charge back with my bank to get a refund.

The battery I bought was incompatible with the stated device. The customer support is ineffective or worse as they keep getting you to jump through hoops to no avail.
The stated returns policy covers my case but they fail to apply it.

Faulty item which is clearly not working properly. I have sent multiple videos and pictures but they keep asking for more details even when it is clearly faulty.
They sell cheap items from China so you are better off ordering directly from AliExpress as their returns are a lot easier.

The battery for techno Canon 16 is working and durable. Please keep it up
