Ordered a new screen for my phone which didnt work so I initiated a return with pictures sumbitted. I then received an email asking for a video evidence which I submitted the same day and since then there has been no reply or update on the return and it has been almost 2 weeks.

Excellent product and I’ll order another colour soon

If the delivery had been quicker, this would be a 5 star review. The sale listing said 3 to 5 days but the shipping took nearer to 3 weeks. I understand it shipped to the U.S. from China but that wasn't fully disclosed. I am happy with the item though. This phone, Oppo Find N5, was not released in the U.S. so accessories, like the case I purchased, are difficult to find. It's not an inexpensive item but fits like a glove and protects the phone very well. I'll probably buy a second one to swap to in the future if, and when, this one wears out.

After two weeks of no phone case and updates saying it's still on the way, they now say it's not in stock and cancelling the order. Avoid this place.

Poor quality products and very long processing/delivery times.

Buy2Fix sold me a screen which broke in a month and was glitching prior to breaking fully. Took about 2 weeks to arrive. They have terrible lead times because the products come from China.

I returned my faulty item, which I had evidenced with a video, to them. Over 3 months and 34 email exchanges with them they did not find it in their factory (sometimes having to email twice for a response). After this time they eventually offered a resolution of a replacement screen which was acceptable. Then a few days after accepting this offer a screen coincidentally turned up broken which they said was mine and they retracted the offer for a partial refund of credit (25%) to buy another (probably) faulty product from them.

Overall I would not recommend the hassle.

The multi tool kits that I purchased are perfect for maintenance jobs on small electronics. The laptop battery seems to be working fine, even though the wiring loom is a bit longer than the one on the original battery. The order was delayed but the company kept me informed regularly.

Good but not the best

My case arrived with a manufacturing fault. A full refund was provided following a review. A nice item, such a shame I can’t use it. I suppose it’s unfair to expect the seller to inspect every one but at least now they can alert the Chinese manufacturer. I hesitate buying any items from Facebook promotions now.

I bought a screen and returned it, paying for shipping. After a three-month wait, the seller refunded the screen price but didn't send the shipping cost.
