Good quality!

The process of placing the order was easy. The item I purchased was exactly like the photo and is what I wanted.
The delivery of the item took a month which I think is too long.

My dog found the loose vacuum part and chewed it to pieces. I was happy to find the replacement part. It arrived pretty quickly. It was just what I needed.

I needed a router that could use a SIM card as my budget for full broadband was not possible now I've been made redundant and costs have to be shaved where possible sadly.
This model used wifi 6 and advertised good speeds (mobile provider speed dependant as well).
This site was the cheapest by far and ordering here is easy.
The router manual is very small and not very good, but eventually I managed to set up the wireless option.
So far so good and on a good day when my SIM provider is not overloaded I can download my music files in good time and browsing is speedy enough for general usage.
The only critique which is small was that when I received my confirmation email that my order has been dispatched and my Royal Mail tracking number was given, there was no "your product is being dispatched from China".
Now after messaging the business they said their products are dispatched from warehouses in China, and when I checked their FAQ section on delivery - it states this in the small print.
That aside the delivery was the usual timescale from China for a standard delivery service and the product was as advertised, brand new and boxed.

Slow delivery and non responsive. They 'advise' they respond to WhatsApp message in minutes. Been waiting 7 business days so far for a delivery and the order is not being processed any further past order ready.

After reading that the battery in the Ring doorbell can't be changed, I found a video on Youtube showing how the RIng doorbell battery can be changed. A Goole search pulled up Buy2fix for the battery at a reasonable price. Ordered the battery and it was delivered 2 days earlier than expected along with a small tool kit. Changed the battery in the doorbell and all is good. Would definitely use Buy2fix again!
