I have been using Buy a Bike for a good few years now. The service is second to none. I always find myself looking forward to visiting the shop…

Recently I bought my two kids new bikes. The staff were very helpful (and patient) with selecting the right bikes.

Purchased a new bike which was at a super price and the service was spot on.
The bike arrived just two days after ordering and it was all set up for my weight.
Prior to ordering the bike online I had called up for advice which was freely given and super helpful.

Went to Buy a Bike with my daughter to see a Liv Avail bike they had in store. Very helpful staff, adjusted saddle height and let her try out the bike round the back of the store. We live 20 miles away so the workshop got the bike ready in just over a hour so we could take it back with us. Gave us a discount on pedals. Just took it back today for 6 weeks service/check up and the workshop staff got done straight away. Would recommend this shop to anyone looking for any type of bike

Who would fork out £800 for a bike with no pedals?
Well I did!
There was an email that was seen after dispatch that I would need pedals and have pay further handling charges also as to the no pedals being in the description it did not stand out to me as it was replacing a cycle that was stolen from my grandson, I just followed the link supplied and the only option as far as I could see was size, I did not see a pedals option.
By the bye the email warning no pedals was sent at 1354 and the email for despatch 1421 hardly time to do anything about it do you not think Mr Buy a Bike?

Bought online (GT Zaskar LT Expert), click and collect. Bike was built and ready for collection the next day. I almost wish I hadn't bought online now because I was like a kid in a sweet shop having a little wander around the shop before I picked mine up - biggest selection of bikes Ive ever seen! Really friendly service

Unfortunately I didn't do sufficient research and discovered the bike I ordered online was not an ideal fit. The company communicated well at all stages and allowed this to be returned and it was hassle free and timely.

Great shop bought bike online swift delivery

Had a fast, efficient and friendly buying experience with Ian and crew. I ended up buying a Merida e-one sixty 875 and can honesty say that I have been blown away by the capabilities of the bike.
It’s ridden even better than I expected and has surpassed the performance of my previous Santa Cruz Heckler e-bike.

I have a friend who is a real Merida fan and had it not been for him would not really have considered this brand as I didn’t know it very well.

So pleased I did now, great bike, great supplier 👍🏻

The whole process was very efficiently completed with a significant sense of care and consideration. I was a little nervous about frame size, the bike is a present for our grandson, but the explanation, simply demonstrated, gave us full confidence, thank you.

This shop is local for me and it is a very friendly, family run firm. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, and have a great selection of bikes in stock. Additionally, the facilities to test ride the bikes on site is a real advantage.

Exceptionally good customer service from Lewis at Buy a Bike.
The range of bikes was vast .. seeing this I knew I’d be spoilt for choice.
After being measured for the correct bike frame, I was shown a lovely GT Grade gravel bike. There was no pressure in having to purchase the bike there and then. I did return after visiting many other bike shops and purchased the gravel bike.
Picking up the gravel bike was seamless; from the mechanics in the workshop putting on new accessories, the extra advice of keeping my bike safe at home and having someone put the bike in my car for the first time, made the whole experience worthwhile 😀

Buying a bike from BUY A BIKE was a great experience, the staff were friendly and very helpful, they are a very experienced team who can help you with any questions relating to all different types of bikes, they have a superb showroom.
My buying experience was made easy as they made sure my bike fit correctly to my height and explained everything i needed to know about the bike, would highly recommend a trip to their store for anything bike related
