Absolutely great place to buy a bike.ian is a absolute great guy an went through everything before I decided to buy an electric mountain bike.id recommend this shop to anyone as they know there bikes inside out an absolutely a great bunch of guys.

Minor repair

Went in with bike with what turned out to be a minor fix, however, fixed on the spot with normal customer care I’ve received previously.

Top class service very professional would recommend.

I went in looking for a new road bike not really knowing anything - so helpful and informative especially fitting and explaining the new bike. Really recommend and lovely people to help :))

Fantastic experience. Ian was supportive and knowledgeable. Made sure bike was perfect for my needs not interested in just selling most expensive bike like online shops. Allowed to test ride to make sure I could make informed decisions. I thought I was 54 or medium but not the case. If I had purchased online I would have got it wrong. Cannot fault anything with these guys. Plus price was more than competitive.

I walked in the store I was attended to right away.I was not sure what my needs were as far as the right cycle,after their help,I found the right cycle for my needs.
Lewis was so helpful without being pushy.
The next day after ridding my cycle I found the stock seat was not right for me,so choose another seat,and they even knocked a few quid off the retail price.
A nice helpful family.Highly recommend if you need a new cycle.

This was my first experience of buy a brand new bike from a store and it couldn't have gone better. I arrived and was greeted by helpful and friendly staff and from my initial explanation of what I was looking for I knew for certain I had come to the right place. The staff knew exactly what I was looking for and recommended a few different types of bike and they knew a lot of useful information about each bike and helped explain anything I didn't understand.

I bought a bike from them 3 years ago, and had it serviced a few months ago. I've also been into the shop a few times and have always found the staff ago and helpful. Most recently they sorted out a little problem on a friend's bike for me. Whilst I was at the shop I chatted to one of the mechanics about an issue. It was very helpful to get his perspective.
The staff are knowledgeable. This is not a place where a salesperson with no bike experience deals with you.

Excellent service from Buy a Bike. I was informed my delivery was Friday however when I told i will be away on this day, they made sure they finished their bike’s check and send it ahead of schedule to receive it on a Wednesday.

From the moment we walked into Buy a Bike we were greeted by friendly and very knowledgeable staff who couldn’t do enough to help.

Having been taken round all the bikes that suited our needs and listening to the expertise of the staff in the shop, we decided on two great bikes for my boys.

I couldn’t rate Buy a Bike highly enough, absolutely top top class service and a great experience all round.
