Would definitely use this business again!

Part damaged in shipping- they resolved the issue fast and got me out another part. Would highly recommend and will be buying more from them in the future!

Ordered 2 master cylinders, shipment arrived in a reasonable amount of time, packaged well. Currently installing and seems good so far. The BAP brand was half the price of the OEM version.

Purchased a rack & pinion that I paid my local Chevy dealer to install. The first rack I received was SEIZED to the point where the dealer couldn't get my car out of their service bay!!! I was unable to drive my car an inch with rack & pinion #1.

The 2nd rack & pinion was quickly sent - kudos to their shipping department. I was called by my Chevy Dealer and told that my car was ready. They took a 3 mile test drive and it seemed fine. It's a little over 5 miles for me to get home. As I'm exiting the highway, rack & pinion #2, binds up causing a loss of power steering. Took my car back to Chevy. Extensive testing and consultations between my Chevy Dealer and GM Engineers concluded that rack & pinion #2 would bind up when the fluid warmed.

This vendor claims that their remanufactured rack & pinions are thoroughly tested. If this is true, they need to fire their entire Quality Control Department!!! Really? Two consecutive remanufactured rack & pinions are bad???

BUYAUTOPARTS.COM refuses any liability for labor on DEFECTIVE PARTS! When confronted, they offered to refund my money on the part once they received the core. Kudos on this, as they were prompt in the refund process.

Meanwhile, I spent nearly $1,100 on labor installing two consecutive defective parts, and had to pay for labor a 3rd time after purchasing a rack & pinion that works from a different vendor. What should have been around $800 in labor costs was substantially more, all due to "bad auto parts dot com!"

Good customer service experience. Part arrived on time as advertised and is now in service. Hopefully, that is the end of it.

I received the exact part I needed. Quick and for a good price.

I am in New Zealand and wanted to purchase a $200.00 part. Trying to navigate the online ordering was too hard for non domestic USA customers. I rang and explained to a gentleman what my issue was and he left me waiting on the phone for 5 minutes before the line went dead. Terrible customer service. I rang again and got a woman who was very helpful and processed my order for me. Excellent customer service. The part arrived in a few days and overall I am impressed with BuyAutoParts.

purchased rebuilt turbo for Acura RDX. I had BAP send it directly to dealer. Dealer installed for 1700.00. Turbo was bad. Discussed with BAP service rep. about quality of turbo rebuilds, [Rotomaster]. Was told it was a Fluke and assured me the next one sent would be good. The replacement turbo was sent and installed for another fee. The Acura dealer said it was not an original equipment rebuild for a 2007 RDX and it would not produce more then 85% boost. This causes a trouble engine/check exhaust signal which then takes out the SH ALL WHEEL DRIVE SYSTEM The turbo is one of two things. 1.Not a match for 2007 RDX or 2. BAP sells turbo rebuilds That are junk. Buyer beware! Wade Swanson 2/20/2022

Their customer service is the worse. I ordered a steering box # 82-70137 which is advertised as a 16:1 ratio and what I got was a 22:1. I've been trying for almost 2 weeks to get a reply so I can return it for a refund with no success. I ended up doing a chargeback and still no reply to the chargeback. I want a refund!!!!

UPDATE: Almost a month, several unanswered emails, phone calls to supposed customer service who were completely useless, a chargeback through PayPal, but I finally got my refund!!! Buy from anyone but this company. What a mistake. I wish I could sue them for wasting my time. If I could give negative stars it would be a -5 *

good price and fast delivery seem to be a quality product with a good warranty I'm happy so far only time will tell

Needed a driveshaft for a Suzuki that’s hard to find parts for. Received quickly, and found it to be substantially a heavier duty part than stock, and for less than other suppliers. A+ rating for BuyAutoParts!

I ordered a Turbocharge for a 2017 Discovery Sport. The part arrived within a few short days. It was very well packed and secured!. Due to a backlog of work my mechanic finally installed it. I have a 1967 Ford F100 w/ manual steering, had the original rebuilt by a local feller here in AZ, it failed with in a few weeks but I kept using it.Had a hard time locating the part for a reasonable price. Found BAP and had my part in 5 days, installed it and sent my rebuildable part back and got my refund in 6 days.....This kind of service is not what I am used to dealing with....I am a costomer for life!!

i had leaking/defective rack & pinion on 2005 XLR. Cadillac discontinued part. There were none avail any where in the country. Turned to local auto parts rebuilders with no success. Mechanic recommended 2 rebuilders (1 in PA the other in the SE) both were arrogant & rude like they were doing me a favor. Way overpriced with 4-8 weeks for rebuild once they received mine. Finally found "BuyAutoParts" on line.
extremely courteous & helpful. 1/2 the price, sent UPS pickup, quoted 1 week from time they received. They received on a Friday had it rebuilt on Monday afternoon and shipped on Tuesday at there expense. Customer service at its very best (10stars) i would never use another rebuilder if the need ever arises again. 👍 Matt M.
