The customer service I talked with on phone was very helpful with the process, first indicated it would be a couple of weeks but by the end of the day I had a email saying it would be shipping the next day. I received the steering box with in 7 days, the steering box appears to be good, glad I found this company on internet

Compressor kit at a fraction of the price of an OEM. Fitted it in myself and still working as advertised today. Competitive pricing and on time delivery. My experience was good and would recommend

I placed an order on June 28th for an AC compressor through their sister site, DiscountACparts.com. The price was VERY good and it arrived very quickly. I was hesitant to trust them as their compressor came up in a Google search result and the pricing seemed too good to be true. I have three older Audis and decided to then proceed with ordering two more compressors via the BAP site as they were still sitting in my cart from my initial search back on the 28th of June. I realized BAP was just another umbrella site for the parent company, GPD so I figured it would be OK as well. Wrong!

On July 1st I ordered two more AC compressors at their good pricing. My order just sat there... processing. It was of course the July 4th holiday so I assumed that might back things up a bit. Then I got back to work and busy and realized, hey, I haven't gotten my order yet. Checked online and still processing but of course I paid back on July 1st. Two support emails went unanswered.

Today, July 18th I hop onto live chat to get things resolved. Diane is the online chat agent and at first tries to tell me that my order had been delivered (uh, that's the first order). Then she looks into order #2 and comes back to say those compressors are back-ordered and the order was cancelled. Oddly, I never got word of this and had been given no refund etc. In the meantime, BAP increased the price of the compressors on their web site to $312 and I told Diane in chat that they show them as in stock, and I bet that if I were to order one now at that price I'd get it. She transfers my chat to Anthony in sales... and sure enough, they have TEN of them in stock but just didn't want to honor my order because THEY had screwed up on their pricing within their catalog.

The best part? I had enough sense to screen record my entire interaction with them and fully caught them in the lie. As of writing this revue, still no refund or official cancellation notice. The video of my BAP experience will be coming to YouTube soon as well... S-CARS.ORG channel for those interested in seeing their dishonesty in action.

Great price and in stock on a steering gear box for my Peterbilt. New not recon. Almost 1/2 the price from Peterbilt. Fast free shipping as well.

Excellent service and part application knowledge.

Ordered two turbos along with oil feed lines and gaskets for an Ecoboost. My credit card company kicked it back to me as a questionable purchase and immediately BAP called to help correct it and make the sale. When I received the parts and installed, one of the oil fee lines was .018" larger than the factory line and would not fit into the fitting on the engine block. Now you think I could get someone to reply to my problem, nope. I have tried and tried to get a response from them to see what they would do about it before writing this review. When they want your money they are fast to correct, when you have a problem, not so much. I will also add that the gasket set sucks for install. Make sure you by a gaskets set from a manufacturer that has gaskets with the fingers on the gaskets that hold the gasket to the oil feed lines and exhaust flanges. You'll be glad you did when you're not fighting lining everything up.

Bought a steeringbox for a right hand drive jeep jk. Had it shipped to South Africa and I’m super happy. For the price, the quality is amazing. Stoked to have my jeep a pleasure to drive again! Reason for 4 stars and not 5, after purchase I received a mail informing me of a ‘minor delay’ for which I had to call them to resolve - the mission to call internationally was crazy. Managed to get it sorted; they questioned why the shipping and billing addresses differed. I know right. Regardless, super happy with purchase and quality of steeringbox.

They have excellent customer service. Quick shipping and quick refunds. That being said, their parts are all made in China. I ordered axles for my Mercedes Benz and when I received them, they had no branding. All it said was made in China in big letters. I'm sorry, this is not what I want to purchase. This was my only issue.

I needed to change my steering box for a while now. I came across this website and wow, the price was great but was worried about the quality of the product. Installed it yesterday. 04/27/2023. I cannot begin to explain how great this product is. I am having to learn how to drive my truck all over again cause was so used to all the slack in the steering, lol I highly recommend this product and these guys. You won't be disappointed. Thanks again BAP. Truck drives like a new one again.

Excellent service and communication. I ordered a TD04 turbo for our Saab Viggen late in the day, just before the order deadline for next day shipping. I also had the part drop shipped to the shop working on the car. Turbo arrived next day, great packaging, no issues at all with the part. Again, great experience and communication throughout the entire order and shipping process!
