I bought an AC compressor from them on Amazon. It lasted nine months and failed. They replaced it and then the replacement compressor lasted 10 days and failed. I wasted almost $1000 on installation between both compressors. Their customer service was horrible they refused to refund my money when I told him I didn't want another replacement. I do not recommend you buy from them, my experience shows that their compressors are junk and they don't care about you, once they have your money that's all they care about

A lot of online parts stores have lot's of options that should or might fit your application. It all maybe a giant waste of time and effort. These guys have a fitment guarantee as well as all the possible cross reference numbers. The AC pump for my 08 Sequoia was exact match.

***There indeed was a need to return/exchange a part! They handled it like pros! Got my replacement a/c compressor dropped at my shop and they swapped it out and was good to go! No finger-pointing or feet-dragging! I'd give 6 stars if I could!

The part was at a very good price. 1 ur warranty (which very few places had) and free overnight shipping. Website was easy to find the part. I’m impressed. I have passed it along to a few people. Compressor still working well. I will use BAP again.

If I could give them a negative five(-5) I would be more than happy to. I bought 3 parts from them. Each and every part that they sent me was either wrong, or incomplete, even after they had assured me they were correct. Of course you didn't find this out until after my car was at the mechanic, pulled apart, with all the pressure fluids drained. Leaving me no choice but to put the old parts(that don't work correctly) back on the car at a cost of $150/hr. They gave me a refund on the first wrong part as soon as I returned it to UPS, and didn't even want the part back(even though I offered to return it). Buy the time it was revealed that the other parts were not right, they insisted that I wait until UPS delivered the part back to them(which could take any number of days) before they would issue the refund.
OMG! If I'd gotten hit in the head with a hammer it wouldn't come close to the size of headache I got from dealing with these people. Save yourself the anxiety,
DO NOT USE this company.
