Good experience
I had a practically brand-new Samsung phone that my husband and I just couldn’t get used to using — I guess we’re iPhone people for life. After several people wasted my time on Marketplace, I found BuyBackTronics. They offered the best price I could find, and the process was straightforward.
The only thing I missed was that there’s a 15-day processing period before you find out whether your phone is accepted. When I called, the woman I spoke with was very helpful and explained the timeline, letting me know I’d receive an email once the 15 days were up.
In the end, they accepted my trade-in, and I received my check within a week after that. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I’d use them again.

Did not honor offer
Did not honor offer, gave BS excuses. Very difficult to get my item back because apparently they did not want to return it and kept cancelling my return request, and kept changing my return request back into a LOW offer and saying I had 3 days to decide. I would request return again, and the next morning they would do it again. Very tricky and dishonest.

I’ve taken the time to review your trade-ins in detail. Based on our review, the adjustments made during evaluation were consistent with the condition of the devices and aligned with our grading standards. One of the GPUs was approved and paid out as expected, while the others were either non functional or had a strong smoke odor, both of which do significantly impact resale value.
That said, I do want to acknowledge that we fell short on the return process. Once a return is requested, it should be handled promptly and without friction. In this instance, there was a delay, and that is on us.
The trade-ins were ultimately returned and delivered, and we have since reviewed this internally to ensure situations like this are handled more efficiently moving forward.

In my opinion they could offer the correct value of Mac and Asus laptops. $715 for a 2026 M5..that is $500.00 under market value. Other than that they're ok.
