I tried to change my order after I…
I tried to change my order after I realized I ordered the wrong size on one of my costumes. I sent an email before the warehouse ever received the information. The warehouse sent the costume out as the wrong size even though I reached out to customer service. It's unprofessional to operate a business like this. The company doesn't not operate with the customer in mind. I will not return as a customer and I will do everything I can to make sure people do not purchase from this company.
I would like a refund for the wrong size ordered and I will not pay for shipping.
