Your delivery date said my costume for my son would be here by the 29th on a friday. I called customer service and then they said that you they were delay today and it would be here by saturday. Now it is Monday and I still have not received my costume. I want my refund

Paid to have costume delivered 28th and it’s still not here 11/1/21. The credit card I used was compromised and I have to work with my bank on the fraud charges.

Sizing was good. Shipping time good. Prices also good.

I never received the costume on time, ordered it on the 24th to arrive by the 28th with extra shipping cost. Customer service asked me if I had received by the 30th, I said no and have had zero response… the one time of year you should have things shipped on time would be halloween. Still awaiting a response..,

I still haven’t received the costumes I ordered for Halloween. The costumes we’re supposed to arrive on October 28, 2021. My kiddos were super disappointed. Very poor service!!!!!

The wig didn't come in on time. Doesn't look like what was on the package.

I was happy to get this cool costume in time for Halloween. It was in a return bag, so someone else had at least tried it on. It was wrinkled and one of the costume parts needed a bit of sewing, but those were rasy fixes. I was glad to get a good costume in decent shape and in time for Halloween. My recommendation would be that height also be indicated in sizing. The costume was a little tight on me, but I was at the upper end of the sizing scale so thats not unexpected. The costume was ~5” short in me, so what was meant to cover my shoes I tried to just tuck into my boots. Since I’m 5’4” I’m not used to being too tall for clothes! Still, it was a great costume and I got a lot of compliments

Didn’t ship the product. Didn’t receive for Halloween despite paying extra for expedited shipping.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. I never received the costumes I ordered. Halloween has past & I still have no idea where they are. I tried to call the customer service and reached a recording saying I should call back during normal business hours, but it said that ALL DAY LONG. I will not be ordering anything from Buy Costumes ever again. At this point, I am just hoping to get a refund for the costumes I never received.

I’ve emailed you guys about this twice with no response. I placed an order on 10/24, paid $12.99 for expedited shipping, and got a shipping confirmation on 10/25. From that point on I checked the DHL shipping website daily and the status never changed from “ item on route to DHL” so I honestly had no clue at any time where my package was. Needless to say it didn’t arrive by Halloween as expected!!
I emailed your company on Sunday stating that I want a refund for the item and shipping. Today the package popped up on my doorstep And the DHL tracking website still says “item on route to DHL.” I don’t need the costume now and my daughter was highly upset. It was my first time using this company and the last. Not sure what happened but I would appreciate if someone would contact me regarding this issue and the package is being returned tomorrow!!!! I expect a refund on the card used asap. Also, I don’t know too many places that use DHL but I would look elsewhere for delivery service if you expect to keep customers.

I bought a Halloween costume for my daughter from your company, which said was supposed to arrive before Halloween on October 26th and it is now November 1st. Your company also sent an email Of confirmation and if there were any problems please email us and we will get back to you….. I still have never heard back from you!!!!
