Costume didn't arrive on time even though it stated it would be here by the 29th of October

I placed my order on Oct 22nd using expedited shipping because it stated it would arrive by Oct 28th. I needed the package for the 31st so I happily placed my order as that was more than enough time. My order arrived today on Nov 1st. It is apparent BuyCostume falsifies delivery dates in order to entice customers into placing orders. I will go back to using Amazon Prime as it never fails.

Idk why it's asking me to write a review when I still didn't receive the product.. I paid extra for shipping to get my costume in time for Halloween. It was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago and still no sign of it. I sent 2 emails to customer service and it said I would get a response within 24 hours. It's been 2 days and no response. Won't order from this site again.

The site is fine, but I paid for expedited shipping and was given a quoted delivery date which was 3 days ahead of a Halloween.

Well we’re passed it and I still don’t have my costume and the parcel service they are partnered with is absolutely terrible.

I’m sure the suit is fine, but there are plenty of companies out there who will get you your goods when they say they will.

When I placed my order the confirmed delivery date was Thursday, October 28th. It's now November 1st & I STILL have yet to receive my package. If I paid for express delivery why am I getting the same cheap shipping service you ship out the rest of your orders with? Beyond pissed.

A decoration product was sent instead of the costume I ordered. Company did ship out correct costume, but did not arrive in time for costume day at school and did not arrive before Halloween. It has still not arrived. I would like a refund, since I had to purchase another costume for my son.

I still haven't received my purchase I ordered 10/22/2021.

I paid for expedited shipping 2-3 days on October 24, and I have yet to receive the costume .

Horrible horrible horrible! I ordered a costume 3 weeks before Halloween got only half of the costume a week before Halloween when I FINALLY got ahold of someone they let me know the boots for the costume were out of stock and I would receive a refund in 3-5 business days!! Information would have been great to know prior I had a really big Halloween party and ended up not going I couldn’t find another costume ANYWHERE!! it’s been almost two weeks and I haven’t received the refund

I would actually give 0 stars but it is not an option. I was told 3 different times from 3 different representatives that my order would arrive to me on Thursday, October 28th at the very latest. It was NEEDED for Friday morning, October 29th. I STILL do not have it and today is Monday, November 1st. I paid for expedited shipping.
I will be returning the items and will need a return postage paid label.

The costume, which I paid for expedited shipping, never arrived! If it ever gets here, it's going back unopened and marked undeliverable!

My costume never arrived and my refund is going to take 3 weeks.

Not good at all! They were super late never came in time and some of the red were off the shoes.
