Very long wait. My order showed up in about 3 weeks but…
My order showed up in about 3 weeks but was missing about half of the items, I received an email saying it was back ordered and would take many more weeks. After several weeks I emailed back inquiring about when it would be mailed, I was told they didn't know but would update when known. Several more weeks and I received a notice saying it would be shipped in two more weeks. I did receive the parts. Total time was over two months!

Ordering parts was the no problem. I received updates. However, my order has been sitting "Label Created" for over a week, though I received a notification that it was shipped. UPS will not assist, and waiting for a response from support at buydeutsch. Starting to second guess using this site

Fast shipping, great prices, need to update a few product offers.
The only reason I did not give five stars, was because I bought a connector and it did not come with the insert as it’s sold separately and it’s not something that most people think of, they should definitely sell the connector as a whole kit with the pins as well as the insert and also offer all of the parts individually. Sell some of these items as kits. To give people the option to buy it altogether while also listing individual parts but I will say five stars all around except that one little thing.

Pretty bummed out. Great product. Unfortunately they sent the wrong inside clips. They sent clips for a 6 prong when I ordered a 4 prong… easy fix but now it’s a waiting game to have more sent since no one stocks them
