I have not received my order that was…
I have not received my order that was placed on Oct 28th. When I notified vendor that tracking showed it at post office in Sparta NJ, I was told that USPS tracking was not accurate.

Would have given 5 stars but after I didn’t get any response from sales on a question of if a particular connector had a larger wire gauge pin that was compatible, I needed to go to one of your competitors to get that answered. Turns out you do have this, but your web site didn’t show it as compatible and your sale person didn’t get back to me in any case. This was after speaking to them.

Wait time entirely too long, 2 to 3 weeks is ridiculous. I don’t think the delay is on the delivery company, I’m not sure if the parts have even shipped yet.

I’ve placed two or three orders here and the products were great. The reason for four stars is they only offer USPS shipping which is a real drag.
