Great service and wood quality as always. Simple to order and quick delivery to the door. My go to for wood each year.

The ordering was brilliant but the logistics company a little bit confused. It was supposed to arrive on the Friday. They phoned me said it wasn’t gonna come but I did but when they phoned me I have to make an arrangement for an alternative time which I did. they phoned me today, not knowing if it been delivered or not so You know as much as I do.

Overall very good. The Meacher’s driver was as helpful as a chocolate fire guard

Every thing went so smoothly from booking to delivery the driver who delivered to our house couldn’t have done anymore he placed the pallet of wood exactly where we wanted it to be first class service and a credit to the company and I would definitely recommend this firm .

Severely broken Flexi crates!

The delivery came on time and was as ordered. The delivery driver was very pleasant and helpful.
The downside was that the pallet crates looked like they had been through a war zone making it very awkward for the driver to get the pallet truck underneath to move them off the vehicle .
We commend the driver in his skill as it was not easy.

delivery driver was efficient, careful and occomodating with the final destination of the pallet load even though the top pallet had shifted on the bottom and become fairly unstable. He carefully off loaded the pallet and to ensure safety when asked tipped the pallet over to ensure safety (at the request of the customer)

The quality of the wood delivered was excellent and the pallets were well protected to prevent the wood getting wet. I was kept up to date regarding delivery and the pallets were offloaded to a suitable place for me to break down.

Excellent packaged and smooth delivery

Shipment placed in front of the main distribution panel prohibiting access if needed. Also, the long side of the shipment has been put across the garage thus making entry and exit from the garage harder. Have been receiving shipments from you for a number of years and this is the first time that this has happened (was not personally at home to receive shipment) but the above should be considered be delivery driver as standard in my opinion
