Product different than advertisement
The product is didn't think i was ordering arrived in good time. But the whole procedure felt like a scam, because I listened to a very long video by Dr. William Li, and ordered the drops he advertised, called GlycoReset. I immediately received emails from BuyGoods and Dr. LI, and the product i received was called Glycocept, and is in capsules rather than drops. This was very disappointing. I was reimbursed half the price and was asked to try the Glycocept. Time will tell...

I ordered 6 bottles of weight loss product. I was billed & received product but decided it was not for me. I actually thought I had cancelled the order by backing out my info but they shipped & billed me anyway. I finally contacted a live person. She gave me instructions to return. The product was returned on 7-16-26 per the instructions I was given. It was returned prepaid via USPS priority mail. It is now 8-6-26.
I have still not received a credit. I have not been able to speak to anyone in person. I went back to email, found my order & sent an email asking for my credit. If I do not

I thought I had bought a cognitive…
I thought I had bought a cognitive mind supplement called Neur MindPro from this outfit. The packing looked good for my 12 boxes around £ 1,000. worth. Then I checked the supplement composition list compared with the real thing: instead of finding the real supplements the list shows completely different powders; calcium, arginine and citruline muds. The real thing contains Bacopa, Lions Mane and other cognitive ingredients.They never even issued an invoice.So this Buygoods company is a terrible scam.
The next step is to inform the FDA.

Dealing with buy goods on a six bottle…
Dealing with buy goods on a six bottle return of a product named glycoreset was a three plus week nightmare. First of all, they tried to give me a refund of 25% and then 50% of the price which I paid, which was almost $300, and I keep the product. If I wanted to keep the product, I wouldn’t have asked for their return information. So after going back-and-forth with them for about a week, they finally provided me with the return information and a link to provide them the tracking number. I took the package to a local UPS store and was informed because the return address was a PO Box, It had to go through the United States Postal Service. That was not a problem because the post office picks up from the UPS stores . I received a copy of the packing slip, which stated clearly that it was coming back by the United States Postal Service with the tracking number, but because it was done at the UPS store instead of the post office, the incompetent customer service team at buy goods kept sending me emails telling me that the tracking number was invalid. This went back-and-forth for about a week and I called the UPS store and they confirmed that the tracking number was correct and that I should probably let buy goods know that it was sent back by the United States Postal Service, and to use their tracking service with the tracking number provided. Buy goods was using a United States Postal Service tracking number in the UPS tracking system because I used the UPS store to do the return transaction. After contacting them through email and telling them what to do, I finally received, about a week later my full refund , and what should’ve taken about 10 days to complete took almost a month. The customer service team at buy goods has got to be the most incompetent people that I have ever dealt with! I will never use them again! I suggest you don’t either!

Ordered based on fraudulent video using Bill Gates as their salesman. Received immediate refund, but they shipped the product anyways 3 weeks later from Ogdon, Utah. Can not get a live person on any of their phone numbers to get a shipping label to return the unwanted product. Their Avatar, Victoria, directed me to a website to receive return shipping product info to, which is non-functional. Guess I'll throw it in the trash unless I hear from them shortly.
8/4/2026 After Buy Goods saw the above review, I received a phone call from a live person, who indicated that if I didn't want to return the product at my own cost, I could throw it away with no further obligation to pay on my part. An appropriate response.
