Andrea was great today!! Very patient, friendly and eager to assist with my refund.
My initial attempts to get assistance on 7/14 and today to get past the AI even after following the verbal instructions on where to call back with the phone number provided by representatives on 7/14 were unsuccessful. I had to resort to another number I found: 302-404-2568 and chose new order option to get to Andrea who was my saving grace today. The representatives on 7/14 were also helpful but I was very disturbed when the instructions I was given to call 302-455-7162 with my returns tracking number was usuccessful with AI answering and then disconnecting without offering a real person to manage the purpose of my call.

BuyGoods.com made it absolutely impossible to receive a refund. I have been assisting an elderly gentleman who never would have placed an order without their 100% return guarantee. He is a senior citizen and spent months trying to get them to honor their 100% money back guarantee! Do not buy anything from them as they are completely dishonest!! Don't fall for their scam like he did-He is out over $500 and feels so taken advantage of!!!

Watched a video which was for slim tide which was AI made featured Opera Winfrey supporting this product. I was very ill in bed and wanted to feel better (whoops) so I started to hit the buy button!! My first alert was my bank stopped my card (how ever as it was Apple Pay and I did purchase it has to go thur ) , so i started to look into it a bit more and found it was a scam! I contacted the company within hours requesting cancellation. Got hit with the excuses. To give them some credit they did cancel 3rd of the order and refunded me. However as this was false advertising so I wanted a full stop of the product and refund prior to anything been shipped. They continue to ship 1/3 rd of the product which I have received. Trying to return because I have no idea what is in this product. It’s not fda approved and came with a no hassle money back guarantee (hmmm).

Do not buy from this company of the Oprah Alkalean product it is a scam
First when I went to check out for the product it forced me to a screen with 3 doors and I had to pick one there was no other way to move on. Slim Tide Buygoods SCAM
SCAM. Don't even try this with PayPal. They have taken 381+USD out of my credit card by setting up a 'subscription' I didn't want and took the money straight away (on the day I made the first purchase). When I said I wanted that refunded they treated it as a negotiation. Basically they will NOT refund your money and clearly they lied to PayPal when I complained. I had all the evidence to support this and they still wouldn't reimburse me...and no sight of the products. SCAM

After I posted my original review, the company contacted me, apologized for the problems I experienced, and issued a full refund, which has now been credited to my account.
I appreciate that they ultimately resolved the matter, and I want to acknowledge that. My initial experience with the cancellation and refund process was frustrating and I remain concerned about the policies that led to my original complaint. However I also believe it is important to recognize when a company makes things right.
Based on my experience I encourage customers to keep copies of all their correspondence and be persistent if they believe they are entitled to a refund.
I am updating my review to reflect the satisfactory resolution of my case.

Fraudulent site beware!
First there site says you have earned free bottles and when you touch screen it automatically charges you! Then they argue about returning.
