Love buyhair! Love the hair, the staff are very very helpful and like the fact you can talk to someone! As I have ordered hair off companies in the last and you can never get hold of them!

Bought their 'Best Quality weft' and bonded extensions. They came promptly and looked amazing while coated in silicone. After the silicone wore off - couple of weeks the hair became disgusting. I know how to care for extensions have done for well over a year. These were impossible. Constantly knotting, matting up, shedding, dull, shredded and splitting ends. I paid £100 for a full head so not cheap then fitting on top. I tried my best and paid out for so many products to help tame them but nothing at all worked. Eventually after a lot of tears and embarrassment I had them removed after 5 weeks. They're stated to last 3- 5 MONTHS! Asked for a refund and got the generic it's outside of 30 days so not investigating further. Had to pay out for more extensions from a different company after only 5 weeks when these should have lasted me my usual 6 months setting me back another large amount of money unnecessarily. The hair was so bad it was never going to last and they mislead you. Do not believe their claim of 'Top quality'. Buy what you know. These would have only been suitable wearing as clip ins occasionally but thats not what I bought them for. I will be going to trading standards and claiming back my money through small claims.

I love this company, it's amazing. I searched everywhere for the blue bottle of Curls Rock Amplifier for my wild mane and could only find the awful new bottle or, if they did sell the blue bottle anywhere on line, it cost the earth. I eventually found BuyHair selling it at a reasonable price and eagerly placed my order. Unbelievably, they then offered me another product of my choice for free with my order, so I now have two bottles of Curls Rock for the price of one! My order was shipped and delivered within a few days and I have my favourite products at a fraction of the price. I recommend everyone to shop here if you want excellent service and good prices. Fabulous company to deal with! Great customer service!

I was unsure of the difference in two colours of hairpiece. I was able to talk to customer services who were very helpful. I subsequently ordered the piece which arrived very quickly and was perfect. I chose this company as their selection was very good and their p&p charges reasonable-unlike some who were charging £5. Excellent experience.

Product was good but colour descriptions could be improved upon. Hair was not exactly same as on screen (even though I checked on a number of computers), but I was lucky that it still matched. Service was good, so would use company again.

i love my clip in pony tail. It's great when you haven't got much time and need your hair to look good. Just pull your hair back into a scrunchy and clip on the pony tail, it looks great and its so easy to use. I would def buy one of these again!

I ordered a clip in fringe in honey brown and its amazing! It completely transforms my face! My hair is quite fine so this adds so much body,i love it! It was here as quick as a flash too,cant fault BuyHair at all.

Thank you for the quick delivery. When I got the parcel I was very impressed to see that you had taken the time to write on the box my special delivery instructions. However when I opened the box the lid was cracked and off the hairspray and the hairspray had leaked a little in the box. Also the tin had many small dints in it.
It may be worth while either using a larger box or sellotaping the lid onto the tin or both.
I did manage to clean all the spray from the nozzle and am happily using the product.
I will use this company again.

I rang on a couple of occasions and each time the person I spoke to was very helpful.
The one big problem that I have is that despite me being a vat registered business in Ireland, I still had to pay vat.
I deal with six other UK suppliers for my salon and I have NEVER had this problem. They simply don't charge me the vat.
I can't claim back vat paid on goods in any country outside of Ireland, so in this case it makes no difference me being vat registered. I just don't get it!
I also have never waited as long for a delivery from the UK, it was very slow.
The service was excellent though, and the hair great too.

The website was really easy to find your way around, there is a good selection of products available and ordering was easy. Kept informed of order progress regularly by email, and good quality products arrived within a few days. The hair extensions I ordered were for my daughter, all her friends commented on how lovely they were and asked us where they were from.

We bought BuyHair products for professional use and got a really good experience. They had very good service and advices over the phone, quick delivery, nice variety of products. I definitely recommend this website.
