BEWARE! This is a fake site with a fake address in Johannesburg. They took payment for my order, which I never received and kept promising a refund until it became clear to me they are unprincipled SCAMMERS who should be put behind bars!

I've been scammed for R1350, paid upfront and no response from the company. It looks like they don't exist. Lowlifes. No response to emails, despicable.

I ordered makeup and heard nothing ! In my opinion they are scammers!!! Do not buy from them at all,

Very dodgy, do not use Buyinstor! I’v sent multiple emails which go unanswered after weeks, the tracking does not work, the item I ordered has not arrived. I think this is a scam.

Paid significant amount of money, item not delivered despite constant reminders sent to them. I contacted my bank who intervened on my behalf to get a refund, only then did I receive a response saying package was going to be shipped . It eventually arrived. If I did not have such an efficient bank my money would have been stolen. This store should be red flagged as spam

Dont use this online store. Scam scam scam. Pathetic worst ever. Paid and no package. They are stealing so many people's money.. crap at responding screams scam. Well done f######s you got me, I will not rest till they ate shut down.

As per other Reviewers, I have been scammed by BUYINSTOR. Ordered and paid for product on 1.4.2025. Wrote numerious e.mails to their e-mail address, and sent 2 WHATSAPP messages to their number. Got a reponse in JUNE with apologies and advise product would be sent between 10th & 30th June. Since then nothing... They are scammers DO NOT USE THEM ever.

They deserve no star. I placed an order in January for which I paid R1400, even today I still haven't received a delivery. In an email they sent to me I opted for a refund and no money has been refunded to me. They don't answer their phone and they have since stopped answering my emails. Can somebody bring justice to these thieves? That was my hard earned money 😢😭

We ordered perfume on the 8th of May 2025. No delivery and no feedback.

I would have given no stars if I could. They are scammers, took R750 from me and got nothing. Kept putting me off, then asked for more money and gave us a false pick up address in a dodgy area. I phoned shop they had given who told me they are scammers. I wanted to take my complaint further but didn't know where to go
There isn't a lot of info around. People don't trust the Chinese companies but they are fine. I thought a SA company would be trustworthy but maybe there is no such thing.

They are not real. I bought a part for my Hettie vacuum cleaner 3 months ago. They first told me my order was delayed due to shipping delays. Then they told me they were going to refund me. After many emails back and forth. They just keep apologizing for the delay...keep promising to refund me but no refund.

Poor customer service! My webcam broke within 11 month and they said it's out of warranty and never answered me again! Don't buy there...

You can report their fraudulent activity to Shopify.com and file a complaint to Shopify.com letting them know that they are aiding and abetting Pakistani scammers using a Canadian Shopify account, Shop ID: 60177055895 under the web domain Buyinstor.myshopify.com to take their business account down, because these people are scamming people worldwide without any intention to deliver any of their products advertised on their website: Buyinstor.com and are simply cashing in their sales in a fraudulent business scam.

Same as with multiple other customers. Item not delivered and then no refund despite multiple emails and calls. Stay clear of this company.

What a scam, Bought goods (10-21 days for delivery.
Ordered 12th August 2024, never received, followed up with emails, Now April 2025.

I ordered and paid for some ecloths on January 15th. As of today April 1st 2025 I still have not received the item. I have had a non sto dialogue with customer support who have promised a refund and nothing has happened. So I can honestly say my money has been taken from me.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

They are a SCAM. They never respond to queries and they never deliver. Then they provide a WhatsApp number on their website for 'queries', which never goes through. It is nothing short of THEFT and they should be banned from the internet and put in jail. The worst online purchasing I've ever experienced. Stay away!!!!
