I ordered a compostbin for over 2000 R in December, 2023. I kept receiving delay notices. My requests for a delivery time line received only vague apologies. When in October 2024 I still had not received my shipment, I requested a refund. This was granted with apologies, and my banking details for deposit of the refund were requested. I provided those and NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND. Not it is end of December 2024.

I ordered and received a completely different item. I emailed twice with photos to prove what i had received. I phoned only to get through to a voicemail and no one has contacted me back.
Absolute disgrace and should be struck off from selling to the public.

I wish I could give this company a ZERO star rating.
Please stay away from these people. They are complete scam artists. You WILL NOT receive anything you buy from them. They will take your money and give you the complete run around with excuses until you finally give up on them.
Their customer service is shocking. They do not reply to emails.
