Give them a miss for trade ins.
Was looking to trade in my iPhone 14, which was in good to excellent condition and Buy It offered £225.
Sent the phone off in the original Apple box and received confirmation it was received on 20th. Heard nothing for a week, tried to call a few times and constantly engaged. Eventually called the sales number on 31st to be told it was in process.
Within 2 hours received an offer of £22.50 based on the phone having 2 light scratches on the screen, an 89% battery health and still having a disconnected SIM card in it.
I rejected the offer and received the phone back on 2nd less the Apple box, which they kept.
I expect to be knocked down a bit but these guys are total scammers.

Avoid at all costs
What an awful company to deal with, ordered a built in double oven and it arrived with significant damage, notified them of the damage 17 days after delivery due to going on holiday for 2 weeks and i couldn't get it installed until after the holiday, only when it was unpacked was the damage noticed. Contacted them, sent pictures of the damage, they told me they have a 14 day reporting of damage policy, and I can no longer get in touch with them. Obviously under the consumer goods act you have a 30 day return policy for damaged goods, but they don't seem to care. Buyers beware, don't say you weren't warned

The service was excellent from the time I place the order online, I received an acknowledgment email that the order was placed. It was delivered on the specific day I chose and without any problem. The delivery man was polite and smiling. The extractor has been fixed in my kitchen, it looks beautiful, work well, easy to use and did not take only one hour for it to be installed.

Terrible
Bought a laptop from Buy It Direct / Laptops direct for an employee. The item that was sent was the wrong item and also was not correctly refurbished and so could not log in.
It was completely unusable.
The company was completely unapologetic, has been unable to offer and replacement and has not successfully arranged pick up of the item. We have not received a refund.

Update: As of 14th April have received no refund still and no response when chasing on email
