I understand your Buyer Protection policy, but this explanation is completely insufficient for a platform that handles transactions worth hundreds or even thousands of dollars. A serious marketplace should have technical tools to verify codes at the moment of listing and again at the time of purchase – not simply shift all responsibility to the buyer within 24 hours.
By enforcing such a short protection window, you essentially create a safe haven for scammers: sellers can provide already-used or temporary codes knowing that, after 24 hours, they face no accountability. This is not real “protection,” it is negligence.
If your platform cannot guarantee that digital goods are valid and unused at the time of purchase, then it fails in its basic responsibility as a marketplace. I strongly urge you to review this policy, or you risk losing the trust of legitimate buyers who expect safety and transparency.

Good page but...
The experience is good, I use to buy here a lot of Amazon gift cards.
But I had a recently case without a solution from the page...
I redeem normally the code, but some days ago Amazon has cancelled my purchase and removed my gift card balance.
They said that the card was deactivated because of the buyer that has cancelled the transaction with the bank.
I am not able to take the 24 hours warranty because the card was cancelled some days after I bought the card.

I placed an order and paid $3.64 for a product. The seller failed to deliver within the 24-hour window, and I was refunded only $3.39. When I contacted support, they added $0.05 to my balance — and when I asked if that was it, they simply replied that this is part of their "new fee structure."
Here's the kicker: if I want to withdraw the $3.44 now sitting in my balance, I only get $3.04 — because they charge another fee just to withdraw your money.
I genuinely don’t understand why I’m being charged a fee for a product or service I never received.
Avoid this platform at all costs. This is unacceptable and feels like exploitative behavior.
