Double Commission System – Totally Unfair to Users
The new fee system on BuySellVouchers is unfair and feels like a money grab.
They now charge two separate fees: one during deposit (crypto payment fee), and again 1.2% at the time of purchase. This means users are paying double commission on every transaction.
It's simply too much. The platform takes a significant cut from users while promoting itself as a low-fee marketplace — which is clearly misleading. The overall cost for buyers keeps increasing, and it’s no longer worth it.

Once 24 hours is up, customer support will not look into the case and will not provide buyer protection support. If you open up a dispute, it will not have any effect on getting your money back, they will ignore the dispute and transfer payment to the seller.

I am not an expert in crypto
I am not an expert in crypto, and I probably made a mistake by sending the wrong token (Matic instead of USDC) via the Polygon network. However, the transaction was fully completed and confirmed on the blockchain, meaning the funds are in their wallet.
Despite providing them with all the proof (transaction hash, wallet address, amount), they refused to help in any way. Their only reply was that they "outsource" their wallets to a custody provider and can't access the funds.
This is extremely unprofessional. If you operate a platform accepting crypto payments, you should be able to manage and retrieve funds received, especially when the tokens were sent to the exact address you gave to the customer.
Basically, they are holding my money and refusing to either credit my order or refund me, hiding behind vague excuses.
If you are not 100% confident in your ability to follow every single technical step perfectly, do yourself a favor and avoid this platform at all costs. You will get zero assistance if anything goes wrong, even if the issue is minor and solvable.
Very disappointing and untrustworthy experience.

Horrible Customer Service Experiences Bad Money withdraw System.
Today, 06/06/2025, I received a Telegram alert that someone (maybe a hacker or any culpable person working in buysell) had withdrawn my BEP20 money from my account. Immediately, I log in and see that there are two withdrawn transactions (44549714 and 44549708), where one withdrawal is already showing as successful. So I immediately opened a support ticket about all the things. I wrote them I didn't share the password. I work alone, etc, to stop the TRC20 withdrawal. But a few hours later, I see that the pending transaction is successfully processed, although I opened the ticket. Total $537+ just gone. There is no way to cancel the withdrawal, or they do not give any minimum waiting time to approve the withdrawal request, which is dangerous, because anyone can get access to the account and just withdraw the money in front of you. If you find out the problem, you can't ever cancel or hold them.
There are many marketplaces where, if the seller requests a money transfer, at least they set a minimum time for the withdrawal transfer (during this time we can cancel or do anything by contacting support).
