Ok I’m so happy

I rang Buywise the day my dryer broke down, ordered one over the phone, delivered two days later.
The gentleman delivered my new dryer he was very kind and knowledgeable about the dryer I had chosen.
It was a hassle free experience from start to finish.

Everything about my experience with Buywise was amazing from start to finish. I bought a washing machine from them and asked lots of questions beforehand to choose the right machine and they are very knowledgeable about their products and replied quickly. I also was worried about delivery as I live in a flat with very tricky access. They don't have lots of depots around the country, so you're always speaking to the place where the appliances will be dispensed from, so I would particularly recommend them for anxious people, or those who are worried about difficult access and delivery. The delivery men were so lovely as well. I did make sure that I had cleared a path for them to install my washing machine, but even so it wasn't easy. They were so friendly and calm. They didn't rush, but also finished installing very quickly and knew everything about my access issues, without me needing to repeat anything I'd explained to the head office/depot. I will go straight to Buywise in the future without looking elsewhere because they simply couldn't have done more. I'm so grateful to them for such a smooth experience from start to finish.

Delivery guys were very polite and left the fridge in a convenient place.

We had a home night mare ( broken washing machine in a time of huge need).. we had a small period of time to turn it round. There was a delivery hitch ( delay ) which would have effectively killed the order but the team ( special mention to Aaron who initially delivered the "good" news ( it will be there early ) to "Houston we have a problem" ( outside his control) but the team pulled some magic off and disaster averted,
