A great experience with Buywise. I needed to replace a Neff hob but I was given product numbers for products that were so new that weren't even available. I placed an order with Buywise but they called me to advise that they wouldn't be able to ship the product for at least four months so refunded me no problem at all. I then kept an eye out for the product and made contact with Buywise a number of times for an update. When the hob was available Buywise matched another supplier's price. I wanted to place my order with them as their customer service had been excellent. I'd definitely recommend them.

Great service. Delivery & installation we effortless & the delivery man was very courteous. He waited to make sure everything was working correctly before leaving.

Lovely and helpful on the phone. I would give a 5 for this aspect of customer service. However, I told them my old machine was hardwired and they altered booking date for installation so the technician could handle this. when he came, he said he couldn't install the new machine because it had a plug as no-one hardwires any more. If this is the case, surely operatives should be trained to uninstall from hardwired to installing plug in models! I am left with the new machine standing in the kitchen and the extra cost of getting an electrician to complete the job for me so only 1 star for 'installation and recycling'. A shame as otherwise I was pleased with service.

Registering of the washing machine was well nigh impossible. Lengthy phone procedure much holding and repetitive messages, then when tried on line to get the extended guarantee though I put in all the relevant numbers from the sticker on w/machine door it did not work.
On line communication said there was a FREE five year guarantee but though I completed every box with the complicated numbers I did not get any confirmation!
You do not cater for old fogies (I am 84!)

My item was delivered on time, delivered with care, placed in the room of my choice

Very happy with the fridge i purchased from buywise had to wait a few weeks as it wasnt in stock.But it was worth the wait.

I have been a very loyal customer of Buywise since 2004, I have purchased so many items over the years, yesterday was no exception. I walked into the Banbury Store around 12 Noon, spoke to a very nice lady call Ellie, and bought a Bosh Series 6 Washing machine and also a Bosh top of the range series 6 tumble dryer (heat pump), spend around £1098, I felt great and the items were delivered the same afternoon! When I asked about replacing my old Bosch dishwasher, I was informed that they had a (new, later model) Bosch replacement, which was in stock, and furthermore their price was cheaper than any other sellers I could find. Also their charges for installation and for taking away the old machine were very reasonable. Two days after contacting them my new machine was installed and in use!

Great customer service, decent prices and out of all the appliance shops I've ever bought from, their shipping was the fastest by far. Absolutely recommendable.

We urgently needed a new freezer, the lady who took my call helped me with the order, and arranged the delivery within 2 days even though their delivery schedule was full. The delivery driver was polite, friendly and very helpful

Amazing customer service and quick delivery

After initial delays with delivery, it was finally delivered and installed. Communication was good. Delivery person was really helpful and efficient with installing our new appliance and taking away the old one. Highly recommended.

Really great experience dealing with Buywise. From the easy online ordering and to speaking with Customer Services to arrange delivery for a new washing machine my 94 year old Mum. Delivery driver was so helpful and installed this for my Mum and did a great job.
