Unbelievably quick service as always. Turn around less than 24 hours. Always phone if unclear before production. Brilliant to work with and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Good website, but also a personal touch if needed. Always answer the phone and so easy to communicate with.

Just excellent customer service!
I get some medals from BW Trophies about once every 5 years, and I'm always glad to see that they're still there.
The experience is always top notch, with great communication (via email or phone), flexibility, and incredibly fast turnarounds. At very reasonable prices too.

Have been ordering medals and trophies for 10 years.
My orders are always simple and BW are so quick. My last order was out for delivery the next day.

This is the second lot of badminton medals I have ordered from BW Trophies - for a local badminton league presentation evening and for an inter-league town badminton competition - and it certainly won't be the last.
I found ordering and providing the site with the relevant logo extremely easy; the service could not have been quicker; and, for the price paid, I am very happy with the quality of the medals.

used them for years for my clubs annual award event. Always had 1st class service. Had 1 item received broken and it was replaced within 2 days. they have an excellent choice of trophies so I can always choose exactly what I want. We won't be changing supplier. Staff always friendly when I ring them up. too.

Went along thinking I would be told it would take a couple days to be ready and I had missed the deadline for when I needed the Plaque. Wow...I was treated like I had entered a shop in the West End, being offered a hot drink or water, as I was told the item I had chosen would only take about 10-15 mins to completed. I sat on the chair and true to word, they delivered, was I happy? Such an understatement if I said yes!. Over joyed, overwhelmed by the fast turnaround and the quality of its completion. Sorry, if this sounds like i'm writing a book but, fair do's, give credit where credit is due mate.
