Excellent service. Lovely hefty 'gold' medals for our children - recreated the different logos we wanted in the centres and engraving was good. Website easy to use but also very good service when you speak to them on the phone and email.

Need for speed!
Rang before hand to see how long it would take for delivery to Belfast and was told possibly 5 days due to bank holiday. Decided to go online and place the order anyway. Five minutes later I got a phone call from Derek explaining that he would send them straight away and if they arrived too late or with an excess payment he would reimburse me.
24 hours later the postman was walking up my garden path in Belfast! Amazing 🤩
This type of customer service is the best I have ever received from any company and I will definitely use them again. 😊
