I will definitely use again. And again....
What an amazing company, staff team and value for money products. I came into the shop placed my order but it was only when I got home that I realised I made an error. They had started printing but were happy for me to correct the mistake and start again at no extra cost. I then realised I had made another error and the customer service was superb and they waited for me to correct and then start back on my job. The final products (medals) were amazing and I was left feeling so happy. Thank you J who served me and the rest of the team who politely dealt with me and my brain fog. I will definitely use again. Speedy Service, very helpful staff
Very helpful on the phone and in person as they were located very near to me, I was able to view the different types of trophies and take photos of a selection.
Once we decided which one we wanted to order - we placed the order online and the trophies were ready for collection the next working day.
