Excellent service, from sales to installation service was informative and professional. Fitters were friendly and did a great job removing and replacing the two sets of bi-folds, no mess at all. More than pleased with the new aluminium bi-folds, look amazing and operate smoothly. Highly recommend BWM.

BWM Windows recently installed new windows in our house, and we are really pleased with the outstanding service and the job they produced.

All team, specially team leader Kyle worked hard to make sure that every window was installed with the greatest care and attention to detail. We are quite pleased with the outcome, since their dedication to excellence was visible in all aspects of their work.

Not only did BWM Windows provide outstanding customer service, but their product quality and efficiency well above our expectations. Our house now feels and looks completely different thanks to the team, which also increase the building's energy efficiency and aesthetic appeal.

BWM were helpful, professional and friendly from our initial contact with Kevin through to the survey and installation team with Kyle and Dai.
Kevin identified our requirements, and made helpful suggestions . Kyle and team were also attentive, did a great job, and very tidy too!

Excellent service. I had tried a few places in Cardiff but chose BWM based on the quotes and feedback. The fitters were good, clean and tidy. Had a new patio door fitted for my elderly parents and they were very happy.

We chose BWM to replace old patio doors after recommendation from a neighbour. After discussion with Kevin from BWM, we decided on heritage doors that give a Crittall style mid century look. The whole experience has been very positive and the finished doors/ window looks fantastic. Kevin the sales manager was great with us; no pressure just very helpful and knowledgeable to make sure the finish was exactly as we wanted. Courteous and professional fitters so thanks to Kyle, Dai and Dean. The whole experience has been A1 and we would definitely use BWM again.

We came across BWM Windows after a recommendation from a friend. I spoke to Kevin and found him very informative and personable, resulting in a quick visit to their showroom. We loved the products we saw and so we ordered. The fitting of the floor-to-ceiling glass wall and bi-fold doors in our new home gym has been a game changer. Fitters Kyle, Dave and Dan did the tricky installation for us and not only does the space now look ultra-modern and sleek in the graphite powder coated colour to match the existing windows, but the new addition has also maximized the space. Traditional doors would swing open and take up valuable floor space, but with these bi-fold doors, they fold neatly out of the way against the house giving us full access to the garden. The quality of the doors themselves is outstanding and are very easy to open and close, as each panel glides smoothly on its track. I highly recommend BWM for anyone looking for a fully functional and attractive addition to any room in their home. Truly a professional outfit. Very happy. Will definitely use them again.

I had previously had a poor experience with a window installer, and for this reason was cautious about choosing a company to fit new windows and a door. After reading other Trust Pilot reviews, considering a personal recommendation, and comparing costs, I chose BWM Windows, and I was not disappointed. I would highly recommend this company, from initial telephone contact, non pressurised discussion on products with the sales representative, agreed date of installation being set and then honored, cleanliness of workmanship and respect for my property, to any minor snags dealt with quickly and satisfactorily. Thankyou to all of your team at BWM for my lovely new windows and door.

Just wanted to put something in writing to convey my thanks and appreciation to all at BWM Windows. This is the second time we have used BWM, the first time during COVID and we will be using them again on the gradual renovation to our property. Nick and Dan fitted all windows and doors on Friday, excellent job and good guys.

Excellent process from the sales session to the fitting. Nic the fitter was exceptional - did a first class job with a meticulous attention to detail and a v. caring approach. The windows and door are of a high quality and competitively priced. Highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend BWM! They were on time, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They installed 2 sets of bifolds and 4 windows within 2 days which I'm very impressed with! Had BWM WINDOWS to change my windows in my conservatory .After a bit of shaky start trying to centralize the windows on the Friday 10th December another fitter called Nic came on the Saturday and got everything looking as it should ,his attention to detail is 2nd to none and hes a credit to the company. Quality windows and French doors would highly recommend Nic and BWM WINDOWS

We are so impressed with BWM! They fitted four grey aluminium windows and a set of five-door bifolds in two days with minimal fuss and were very tidy. We love the products, which were beautifully fitted and finished by a friendly team, although Nick’s singing was a bit questionable 😁. Thanks for a great job!

After moving house, I needed to order x2 windows to match the new windows previously installed by the ex-owner in the remainder of the house. A long story short, this was more complicated than it seemed as the originally supplier and fitter no longer serviced the area. After tracking down BWM through the window manufacturers, they proved to be incredibly helpful in all phases of the process ie sales, survey and installation. The sales team were responsive and helpful, the surveyor really took time to ensure the order was exactly what I needed and went into lots of detail and finally the installation was smooth and completed to a high quality with a friendly couple of guys on site - I would definitely recommend BWM 👍
