Product eventually received, but information very poor
I eventually received the product I ordered about 4 weeks after ordering. Firstly, it was not clear at the time of ordering that the item was a back order not currently in stock. Then, there was no communication whatsoever to confirm the item had shipped - I only found this out by calling customer services. Then there was also no communication that delivery had been attempted multiple times while I was out at work and I was given no opportunity to schedule it for a day that I was available to accept it again until I phoned customer services to obtain the delivery reference. Overall, very poor communications and information.

placed an order online, showing stock. no goods arrived. called them, spoke to staff member that sound miserable. was abruptly told they didn't have stock. asked for a timeframe. told soon. asked for a more accurate answer, they said the would check it out and call, as expected they didn't call. 10 days have passed and nothing. no info, no goods.
Do NOT want to call them again as i feel i may tip them over the edge by asking, where is my order i paid for that you were showing in stock. not good really.

Ordered items and paid and didn't hear…
Ordered items and paid and didn't hear a thing, called twice and someone would get back but never did, finally told me after over a month that couldn't get item and would refund. Why let people order and pay if no stock.
Did not receive item
Placed order 30/7 was told would receive email to update but no email received and no item received. Now receiving emails to review!

Poor communication. No acknowledgement of my order being received, when I took the initiative and checked I was told the order had been received but the item was not in stock and may take 6 weeks. Very pleasant on the phone but no item and no explanation until I enquired.

Poor delivery and tracking
Order placed 18 days ago. Still no delivery. Phoned today for update, they are going to put it on the van today. Apparently, it was on the van a week ago?
