Placed an order waited 2 weeks…

Placed an order waited over a week nothing so I rang asking where it was they then told me they were waiting on one of my products to come in which they never notified me about they then gave me a date it would all be delivered and guess what nothing came still waiting and had no update or contact what so ever.

In response to the reply...I did not write my review on the day it was due for delivery. The person told me on the phone that Saturday delivery was promised- it did not arrive so I then wrote my review. I had more contact and communication with trust pilot about this product than the company itself. I feel I spent a lot of money and I feel more could have been done. The product has finally arrived. I would change to 2 stars.

We are sorry to hear that our service is not up to the standards you expect. It would appear we dropped the ball by not informing you of a delay in lead time, like we normally do and have done for other customers, so please accept our apologies for this mistake.

However, we do feel your review is a bit unfair. When you called us last week, we checked your order progress and saw it was due to be delivered to us the following day (the day you left your review). We informed you of that fact and said we would dispatch it to you as soon as we received it. We stuck to our word, and the parcel is out for delivery today. We will keep an eye on the parcel's progress today, but please do get in touch if there is a problem with the delivery.

Still haven’t received my order from 14th January

I ordered a delivery on the 14th of January and was promised delivery on the 24th as of now I still haven’t received it. It is now to late to use it as the job it was intended for is now complete.

We are very sorry we haven't met your expectations on this occasion.

Unfortunately, when a product is not in stock, we are not in control of delivery times, and on this occasion, the supplier has pushed the delivery date back again. We should have made this clearer when we asked if delivery around 24th January would be acceptable.

As you no longer need the item, we will cancel your order and issue a refund.
