Bybit EU – Unfair Bonus Removal and No Real Support

Update 20.11. After several contacts with Costumer Support, no solution. Just automatic emails:
- This decision is final, and we will not consider any further appeals on this matter.

I opened verified account at Bybit and sent refferal links to my family members. They also opened accounts and performed all tasks.
Insted of getting refferal rewards all were rewoked. After contacting support we got an automatic response:
Your eligibility has been restricted due to, but not limited to, the following reasons:

Registering multiple accounts with different identities.
Now I am reading Trustpilot rewiews I see that is standard practice of Bybit.
I am very disapointed at the company. We also have Bybit card and collect points, but now I see that thay lock points too without any reason.
Very disappointed.

My son and my husband also contacted support and also got automatic answer. When we explained that there is no violation we got the same auto answer again.
Very frustrating and I can not trust Bybit anymore.

Finally they fixed it. This took almost 2 months without me having access to my account and without providing meaningful updates. Still no apology or details on why this happened. Unacceptable

Still no support received, just meaningless generic updates like “we escalated” and “we prioritized your case”. Meanwhile I haven’t had access to my funds for more than a month. Bybit eu is registered in Austria, you can file official complaints with the Austrian financial markets watch dog FMA

Still no support received whatsoever. It’s been a month since I had access to my funds. They don’t provide any reason or details on why I don’t have access anymore, Filed complaint with authorities. Unfortunately it seems more and more like I got scammed by this company.

This is a company that offer a platform without customer service. I have had no access to my funds since the beginning of October and still no support from them. Every few days I have asked them for an update, because they won’t update me. They say, just be patient your case ( 21884225 ) is in progress.
I wouldn’t advise anyone to use them unless you don’t mind having NO access to your funds for at least a month without any explanation of what’s happening and what they are doing to fix it

I can't give a rate by myself so far

Thank you for the answer, I will use bybit EU when futures and bots are available, a question why are spot grid bots are actually avalable in the eu and not for Austrian citizens, is it not illegal to diskiminate someone especially Austrian citizens when the headquarter is in Austria, sure you will say it's a problem of reglemantation at that area, whatever you are sitting on the neighbours door of the Austrian covernement so please talk to them seriously because discrimination is not allowed.
When all the things are solved by Bybit i will try bybit EU.

Bybit.Eu I do not recommend.

Unfortunately, there was a positive review, but now there's a negative one: Bybit.com+, and now Bybit.Eu, a disaster. This MICA-licensed exchange is a complete disaster. All my rewards are blocked, even the points on the card I've had for a month. I shopped daily and collected points to redeem them for rewards, but they've frozen them all, and I can never use them. I don't recommend them.

Bybit EU – Unfair Bonus Removal and No Real Support

i joined Bybit EU and completed all requirements, including KYC verification and participation in their “Bybit Card 20% Cashback” campaign.

After a single legitimate transaction of about $25 (contact lenses), my cashback and all Bybit Pay Points were permanently restricted. The support team accused me of “fraudulent or abnormal behavior” — which is completely false.

I have only one Bybit EU account, and my activity has been entirely genuine. Despite sending multiple messages with full explanations, Bybit EU continues to reply with pre-written, automatic responses, refusing to review my case or provide any proof of wrongdoing.

This experience shows a serious lack of transparency and fairness. Once they decide a case is “closed,” they simply stop responding — no verification, no appeal, no accountability.

I cannot recommend Bybit EU. Be very careful before trusting their promotions or customer support — they act arbitrarily and don’t provide real answers when something goes wrong.
I will add that my other problems that i had with BYBIT are still not solved, even if they try to be kind there on trustpilot.

20% Cashback not granted

I have registered a month for the 20% Cashback but since the beginning I could not use my card with Crypto, I have contacted the support and after a month they could find a solution, so I asked if they also could reactivate me the 20% cashback since I could not use it and they replied that they could not do it. That is such a scam, don’t do the card.

Ridiculous fees, good cashback

Confusing app.

Suddenly have constant negative balance of -€0.30. Support cannot/doesn't explain why, tried to justify with an unrelated transaction that doesn't even predate the negative balance. I proved them wrong, they stopped replying.

Advertises "mystery boxes worth up to 1,000 USDT" as reward for trading $10000 in 30 days.

Website doesn't load correctly on either of my Fold6's screens, the interface is cut off.

Interface in Portuguese despite language set to English.

Spams you with log-in notification e-mails whenever you log in and unsolicited e-mails, unclear how to unsubscribe them (many subjects, unclear which is which).

Can only report limited list of pre-defined issues.

Support suggested the issues were because I was outside the EU. I tried again later when I was back in the EU, the issues persisted.

Charges 0.08% + €3.50 for SEPA withdrawals and €1.60 for ZEN withdrawals, no other options.

Charges ~$11.33 for withdrawing ~$115 worth of BTC.

Otherwise good. Good cashback.

Cashback points blocked without justification – disappointing experience

As requested by Bybit EU, my Bybit UID is 507743640 for direct case review. I hope this enables your team to investigate my account and clarify the situation with the blocked cashback points.

I have been a loyal Bybit user and opted to use the Bybit Card to maximize cashback and reward points for all my daily and travel expenses, including holidays and essential purchases for my family.

After months of regular, legitimate use (bookings, medicines, gifts, travel payments), Bybit suddenly blocked all my points, claiming my account violated campaign rules. I never manipulated orders, nor used multiple accounts, nor engaged in abusive behavior. Each transaction was genuine, tied to personal or family needs, and often could have earned me cashback with other cards. Yet, Bybit ignored my requests for clarification and refused to specify what exactly was "irregular" about my payments.

Their support only replied with generic messages, insisting the decision is permanent, refusing any appeal or even clarification. I feel cheated, as the points I accumulated are now worthless and Bybit offers no transparency or logic behind this ban.

If you are relying on Bybit for card rewards or cashback, beware: they may block your points without warning and without proof. I am extremely disappointed and strongly advise caution to anyone considering Bybit Card for purchases.
