Confirmed promotional items removed after payment
I placed my order because it clearly included specific promotional items, including the Angels’ Share Discovery Trio, a 7.5 ml Angels’ Share Deluxe Sample, Princess The Narcotics 1.5 ml and Born to Be Unforgettable 1.5 ml. These items were displayed in my cart and officially confirmed in the order confirmation at the time of payment. That confirmed bundle was the reason I completed the purchase.
After my payment was accepted, those items were cancelled due to “temporary out of stock” and internal company policy. I was offered a €20 refund for the Angels’ Share Discovery Trio.
Customer service confirmed that the products are only temporarily unavailable, yet the company refuses to send them once restocked.
From a customer’s perspective, this feels extremely unfair. The order was confirmed. Payment was accepted. And only afterwards, the confirmed contents were changed.
This is not about small samples. It is about honoring confirmed terms and maintaining trust. When a luxury brand accepts payment and then modifies a confirmed order, it seriously undermines confidence.
Very disappointing experience.
Order never delivered and no customer service response
My Kilian perfume order was never delivered. UPS returned it directly to the sender without even attempting a delivery, and I received no information from them.
After waiting three weeks, I contacted customer service by email: no reply, not even an acknowledgment of receipt.
Fortunately, since I had paid via PayPal, I was able to file a claim and received a refund two days later.
Still, I never received my perfumes, and this experience leaves me deeply disappointed, especially coming from a brand of this standing.
Luxury? What a joke
Luxury? Give me a break, I placed an order and chose gift wrapping thinking it would arrive nicely presented all wrapped and with a gift box. No, it was slung into a cardboard box without any extra packaging to protect it, even Amazon take more care. This was supposed to be a nice gift for someone. I won’t be ordering from them ever again
The absurdly low longevity of the perfume
I bought 50ml for 255 Euro. First, I tested the sample I received with the 50ml bottle for three days. I was very pleased with the scent and longevity of the perfume. So I opened the 50ml bottle. Unfortunately, the perfume in the bottle only lasts for half an hour at most!!! It's absurd! I compare the sample on one hand with the perfume in the bottle on the other, and it's a completely different quality! I'm incredibly upset because I saved up money for this beautiful and luxurious perfume, and I got a quality like from a bazaar. Moreover, the perfume in the sample and in the bottle differ in shade. How on earth is this a luxury brand? I feel like someone spat in my face.

$250 down the drain
My mum got me a $250 perfume from Kilian for Christmas, it didn’t last on me at all so I returned it almost 2 months ago. The tracking says it was delivered but we never got any of our money back. I called customer service today where I gave them my email and order number, they said there’s no record of my purchase so there’s nothing he can do. I said ok what do I do know? And he told me to have the buyer call them with the correct information as if what I was telling him was just made up?? I have never spoken to a customer service agent who more obviously could not have possibly cared less, I hardly ever write reviews for stuff but if this persuades even one person to not buy from these piece of shit people it’s worth it.
How is this a luxury brand?
I bought some samples and a 10ml of some perfume . I waited two weeks and no package . I contacted them and let’s just they that they did not help me at all . I had the receipt and all that and with the tracking number and the just couldn’t find it . And then it arrived . But it was not what I ordered. In the package were some samples from Balmain perfume . What the hell? How is this a luxury brand? Is this a brand that respects its self? I don’t think so . Don’t even THINK about buying some crazy expensive perfume from Killian . Find it on a store or something . I feel scammed.
Horrid — first and last time buying from them.
I had high expectations for Kilian Paris, but my first purchase has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating.
I ordered a perfume costing over $500 and paid for overnight delivery because I needed it before a trip. The package was marked as delivered on 12/31/24 at 11:13 AM, but I never received it.
Of course the first thing I did was immediately check with my neighbors, building staff, and doorman, etc.—no package. I reached out to Kilian Paris customer service, explaining the situation and the urgency since I was leaving that evening. The responses I received were generic and unhelpful, essentially telling me to “wait 24 hours” and then contact the shipping carrier MYSELF.
I have followed up multiple times, but the company has refused to take any sort of responsibility or initiate an investigation with the carrier. Instead, they continue to direct me to UPS, even though as the merchant, they are the shipping client and should handle this process.
This lack of communication and unwillingness to resolve the issue is unacceptable, especially for what’s supposed to be a “luxury” brand.
I’m now left with no product, no resolution, and no refund—I could not be more upset, and I regret ever purchasing from them.
I seriously cannot recommend ordering from them, particularly if you expect reliable service or accountability for missing packages
And like someone else mentioned, they’ll block you on social media if you even try to bring this stuff up. Insane.
They don't respond to refund requests
My order never received, I still dont know why. It was returned to sender and I have written multiple times to check about the refund, but haven't received any reply from Kilian customer service. I feel scammed, which I never expected from this "reputable"company. My loyalty to the brand has vanished, I don't want to be treated like this.
Edit: no one responds to email they sent below, it is just a scam. So don't bother trying. Plus, they block you on social media if you expose them - that is their way of dealing with unsatisfied customers. Nothing but a fraud company.

confused about random cancellation
I bought a lipstick in the matte color Heaven Rouge. The next day after ordering it, I got an email saying the lipstick was out of stock and I would be refunded. I thought that was odd as when I ordered the lipstick the website said nothing about the inventory being low. And every time I go to the website since I got the email saying my order was canceled due to it being out of inventory, I can still see the lipstick is up for sale. So I’m just confused as to why it was canceled if the inventory was out…yet still available for sale?

pricing is ridiculous
Although I like the scent of the perfume 'voulez vous coucher avec moi' by Kilian, I load their pricing policy. They raised their prices enormously over the last years and the price is kind of ridiculous today. Prices are a matter of choice. And my choice is to buy other perfumes. There are enough wonderfull other perfumes one can find.

I don’t typically write reviews. But I’m going to write one about the Killian online store. I made a purchase and paid for overnight shipping. After waiting 3 days and no package I called the store and was told that item had been shipped.The very next day I received a email notifying me that item is on back order and I could cancel order if I choose to. I called Killian online store to cancel and was told that I couldn’t cancel my order because it had been shipped out already. They wouldn’t provide me with a tracking number. I will never order from them again and figure out how to file a complaint against them.

USELESS customer service!
Nonexistent customer service!! I’ve been contacting them via mail, website, IG and Facebook direct, I’ve tried every contact I could find but I never get an answer…every time absolutely no answer! It’s frustrating, they do not care about their customer, that’s for sure! It is not what I expected from a luxury brand!

Invest money on customer service
I thought it was my phone so I cleared my cookies because the website kept taking me round in loops. I keep getting an error message when trying to place an order, although all the info is there.
The Whatsapp chat is pointless. The bot keeps glitching and giving me the same error message. Disappointed because needed my perfume for a special occasion but I guess it wasn't meant to be. Sigh

Terrible customer service. I’ve been contacting them via several different emails (for Us and for Paris team) and also via chat on their website. My mom bought me a 100 ml bottle of their edp as a gift for me when she was abroad on a holiday. I opened it like few weeks ago and straight away noticed it was not ok, it smelled straight up like strong alcohol at first and it did not last more than 20 mins on the skin. So at first they asked me via email some pictures and more info etc. And i did send them back all the info they asked including the place i bought it. Then they asked the reciept and i delivered that too as soon as i got it from my moms bank. Then no answer at all, so i go to their website to ask about it from the chat, where they tell me that there is nothing they can do about it that i should go back to the store where this is bought and return it there, so i again explained that i live in Finland and the edp is bought from
Copenhagen when my mom was on a holiday so it is impossible to go and return it there. And still i get a response that ”im sorry we cant do anything about it” this is insane. I thought that this kinda luxury brand should have somekinda responsibility when it comes to their products and customerservice. They told me to try to contact again the Paris team via email, and i tryied and AGAIN NO ANSWER. Unbelievable, i can not recommend this brand to anyone anymore.
